Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Miss. St. etc. Ask Bielema and Sumlin this morning what it takes to survive murderers row of SEC West.

Yeah. I had season student tickets

Hope to have the same next year. Hope to get OSU tickets too

When you are at the shoe next year.  Harbaugh will be in Indy coaching Luck and the colts.

He cant win in wish again.  No can. It’s a dead end job

I agree. Every school that prides it’s program on academics and “high character kids” is not going to win championships.

Yeah. Im all for michigan becoming a powerhouse again and osu/mi doninating the big ten relentlessly with a few other players.  I want what the SEC has

The region couldn’t handle the culture shock.

    We’re good because we’re crazy.

Meyer is a superior college coach vs Harbaugh.  It's not even close. Not a knock on Harbaugh,  but Meyer is phenomenal

He's one of the best of all time. I think he's 3rd for total win percentage and bowl win percentage.  His teams have been dominant every place he's coached.

Yes but- part of that is he's also one of the best recuters of all time. Can't consistently win without the horses.

Granted, coaching is part of that. John Cooper would probably have a few National Championships to his name if he had been as good a game day as Urban. Considering the talent he had to work with.

Cooper should have won at least two.  His teams were loaded with NFL star talent, and he blew it to Michigan or Michigan state every year

At least, OSU was ALA before Saban. JCoop couldn't 1. Beat "m". 2. Win a bowl game.

But the always  backward B1G back then wrapped the season up around or before Thanksgiving Day the others didnt, it made a big deal in bowl games.

    JCoop memory lane:

However, Cooper has also been remembered for his 3–8 bowl record and his 2–10–1 record against arch rival Michigan. His most disappointing losses to the Wolverines came in 1993, 1995, and 1996; each season, Ohio State entered the Michigan game undefeated and ranked in the top five, but were upset by the Wolverines on each occasion.

Don't forget that '98 team that could have won a national title if not for a loss vs Michigan State. Oof.

Yes, John Cooper always found a way to lose a Big Game.

Whatever it took to lose a big game, Cooper would do it.

Kind of like the Browns now with every game:  always find a way to lose.

I'm in my 20's, and this is by far the worse Browns team I've ever seen.

Interesting question I posed on the College Board:

Who would you rather see Jim Harbaugh coaching next year:

    A. Michigan

    B. The Browns

Michigan. The more the browns suck the more I find refuge in the buckeyes and college football. I don't want to see Michigan go back to being garbage. I just want them to be our b!tch forever.

I hope we never sacrifice winning for the GPAs of .001% of the student body. There's a balance.
