In certain packages he already has, but as a full time spot?   I'm having trouble seeing it.

Me too.. I just don;t see Ogunjobi as an every down player...

Larry?  Oh yeah he's an every down interior guy, just needs to stay healthy.

But tossing on another 10-15lbs for Ogbah and sliding him inside?   It's not as easy as it sounds.

This is my ignorance speaking... But is there any possibility of perhaps seeing Ogbah shift to the inside?

    Yeah I am too.

I'm trying to make Chubb make sense at four.  I think Fitzpatrick is out now after that trade with the Packers.

I love the idea of Garrett/Chubb rushing off the ends, but I don't know if it's a bang-for-your-buck kind of selection at four overall. As good as Ogbah is against the run, I don't know if we're going to see a lot of pressure on opposing QBs if he's there most every down.

Chubb makes plenty of sense.   Name me a great defense that doesn't have two pass rushers be it edge or interior...?

  • So this is mainly a scheme for thing, right?

  • Does anyone ever recall this much activity at this time of the year? Not just the Browns, but NFL in general.

I liked Shelton. What was it he wore? A mumu?

  • Looks like we're drafting Mo Hurst now..

    😉

  • I'm fine with this trade.

  • The patriots didn’t even spit on it, is Dorsey a double agent or something?

Getting the best pass rusher in the draft is always good bang for your buck at 4.  Chubb and Garrett would turn Worthlessburger’s cervix inside out.

  • I wish someone could explain this

  • I don’t see the value in the trade but I am interested to see where this leads.  Either they have a FA in mind that they think will do the same job on the cheap or they are looking to find someone in the draft.

  • Don’t like this one either but that’s because I’m Sashi Browns boyfriend.

    So dramatic.

  • Well this is interesting.

I mean, maybe it was a fit thing, since Shelton was originally drafted to be a 3-4 nose and now is a 4-3 tackle, and/or the fact that he was on his last year of his rookie contract and the Browns wanted to get something for him before he walks?

  • A 1-31 team over the last two years - and just plain awful for many years, turning over their roster from overrated players who have been an integral part of that losing..... yea, who could've seen this coming.

  • The last GM valued draft picks very highly. This one doesn’t.

Haslam has gone from one extreme to the other. There’s no plan for this organisation it’s just try something and hope it works.

Yep. So dumb. At least we have some consistency on the staff.

I don’t think anyone cares about the fact that Shelton is gone. It’s simply a bad deal.

Can't win em all, and sometimes you have to cut your loses.

This. You wanna dump someone that’s one thing. But you got a late third round pick for your starting DT for a team that doesn’t need any more picks.

Ya, but you had a guy under contract for another season on a team friendly contract, you got nothing in return and now have another hole to fill on a team with bigger holes to fill.

A starting DT for a team that hasn't been able to stop the run during the entire time he was here...... How will the Browns ever replace him?

I'm guessing with just about anyone.
