Had it been proven Kavanaugh assaulted this woman as an adult then yes, he should be disqualified.
But Kavanaugh "assaulted" this woman as a 17yr. old high school kid. To disqualify him afterĀ compilingĀ a spotlessĀ record all his adult working life would be ludicrous.
