several races aren't really decided. The early voting goes to most of the welfare and indigent/homeless democrat early lead.
Real Americans voter later in the day, or at lunch.
Still, could be a dem house - it will be such a farce as we've never seen before - even including the
Kavanaugh kangaroo court malaise.
Divided badly, our country is. and the left shows no signs of remorse for unethical/illegal conduct.

the house will be democrat and the senate will be republican....what exactly are u snowflakes whining about? the only thing this will really affect is trump not being able to have anymore scotus picks. He's already had 2, that more than enough. Quit ur whinin nothing bad has hapoened. The house cant impeach a president on their own

Too bad about the Supreme Court. Ginsberg looks like the living dead already and it would be at least interesting to see what kind of garbage you guys threw at the next nominee.
It would actually be funny if she fell over tomorrow and we could get another decent Justice before January.
And Mike dewine sucks but he's preferable to Cordray whose claim to fame was licking Obama and Warren sphincters.

More investigation than legislation. Not the worst scenario possible. But Maxine Waters head of the finance committee makes me want to both laugh and cry.

I was watching election results on Fox and I thought it was funny that they never called the race for DeSantis until they saw Gillum giving his concession speech. What kind of forecasting is that? I think anyone could call a race then.

Yep, quite the shocker, not what I expected or was seeing in the trends.
I admit, I was wrong on this (will have other comments elsewhere that most folk won't care about).
Picked up Senate seats, but lost the House.
The Senate controls Presidential appointments (Cabinet etc.) and approval of Supreme Court Justices and other Judicial appointments.
Nothing happened to slow down the Supreme Court replacements last night, and POTUS may finally get all the other appointments being held up approved now.
Very strange night.

Smarter democrats are saying the dems in the House should legislate instead of investigate but I doubt if they listen and that will play into Trump's hands in 2020.
Little disappointed in the results yesterday but looking at a glass half full historically speaking. In 1994 under Bill Clinton the dems lost 54 House seats and 8 Senate seats. In 2010 under Obama the dems lost 63 House seats and 6 Senate seats. Looks like the republicans are going to lose about 34 House seats and gain 3-5 Senate seats. Thanks to Harry Reid changing the Senate rules on judges confirmation to a simple majority the republicans should get many more conservative judges on the federal court and IF someone like Ginsburg would retire another Supreme Court justice.
