I won't say either Obama or Trump are narcissists except to say I see narcissist traits in both of them and I generally like to see civilian presidents even though they are the commander in chief listen to the real experts which is their military generals. Looks like Trump and Obama are similar there too... I believe the timing of Mattis's resigning is related to Trump's recent decision to pull the troops out of Syria against the advice of the military.

I would say they both are but it manifests in different ways. One is loud and ridiculous, the other thought he was the smartest guy in the room and acted smug.
