People will expect the coaching staff to prep the younger players and talk to them on the sidelines to keep things under control. You can point to both the staff and the players when things get out of control. Not an either/or when it is a recurring team issue

Take the punt play field position why gamble in a close game with the lead. Pin them deep make them work for it.
