That is why I don't see a season being played. You can't play a season when a team or three can't play for 2 weeks. Football has no mechanism to play make-up games. You play a team once in a season. They don't make 2-3 visits to a city each season where you can schedule a double header to make it up.
they need to shitcan this season.....until there is a vaccine, it's stupid....fauci and the other experts say there will be a second wave this fall into the winter....why start something when you will not be able to finish....unless they do a watered down version later on....then, who the fuck cares anyway....of course the fucking owners will be bitching about there moola.....fuck them....

sucks....we have been going to captiva for the last 15yrs or so....its beautiful there....they started a music festival a few yrs back...its awesome....doesn't look like its going to happen this yr....not officially cancelled ......yet.....but it does not look good......

South Korea is cold as hell in Jan and Feb. I think you're thinking of Australia which is in the southern hemisphere.

Just like Australia, they were experiencing more and more cases of Covid-19. That temperature thing was thrown out to the public, like a lot of other crap, with little to no facts backing it up.
I also remember Thailand saying in February that they found a cure based upon mixing some herbs together.

One reason why the colds and flu every year go down in the summer is that the kids aren't in school and people aren't as cooped up in warm houses going into fall and winter.
This year will be different because it is a highly contagious pandemic with NO vaccine yet. If they found an effective vaccine it will still take months or longer to get it in 300,000,000 people in the USA......minus the idiots that don't believe in vaccines.

Also, your body doesn't have to work so hard just to keep you warm like the winter. It's got plenty of resources to draw from.
Supposedly the humidity has something to do with it also. The flu doesn't like the heat and humidity (seems counterintuitive to me). Apparently COVID doesn't care what the ambient temps are. I have noticed though that some of the southern hemisphere countries are getting hit harder now that they're headed into winter.

No there's not. There is only an "uptick" in positive tests but that can be because there is more testing going on, but the tests were never proven accurate to begin with.

Perhaps, but the most dishonest source I know is mainstream US media. And I mean all of it, even local news takes its marching orders from the same folks who dictate to CNN, NBC, CBS, Fox - all of them. I don't trust anything mainstream media says until I look into it. The obvious narrative by the MSM is to exaggerate dangers. The govt. wants us afraid so they can control us. They are also stoking the racial tension flames. And for a reason: keep the people divided and at each others' throats.
