It appears you have  only 3 actual answers, but you did not give the team:

Lawrence Taylor is correct, and I will give that you would identify the Giants as that team.

You also said Ray Lewis, which is correct, but you left out the team. Again, I will assume you know that his team was the Ravens.

Billy White Shoes Johnson is incorrect.......as far as the franchise is concerned....but hint....not as far as the city is concerned where both players played.

    Answers:

Jimmy Carter and Roger Staubach,    Navy

Bill Clinton and Art Rooney:   Georgetown

Gerald Ford and Tom Brady:  Michigan

Benjamin Harrison and Ben Roethlisberger:  Miami, Ohio

Thomas Jefferson and Lou Creekmur:   William & Mary

John F. Kennedy and Marv Levy:  Harvard

Richard Nixon and Sonny Jurgenson:  Duke

Barack Obama and Sid Luckman:  Columbia

James K. Polk and Lawrence:  North Carolina

Donald Trump and Chuck Bednarik:  Penn

Woodrow Wilson and Henry Jordan:  Virginia

.....and how about this one for a Bonus:    Joe Biden and Jim Brown:   Syracuse!!   (Biden: Law School).  Undergrad would be Joe Biden and Joe Flacco...Delaware (though I guess we were talking HOFers)

  • And here you go:    Ohio  colleges attended by Potus guys:

    Hiram College:   Garfield

    Kenyon:   Hayes

    Mt. Union:  McKinley

Ohio Central College, now a part of Muskingam:   Harding

    Cincinnati  Law school:   Taft

Miami, Oh.    Benjamin Harrison.         MIami is the only one of these that also had a PFHOFer:   both Paul Brown and Weeb Ewbank (and Ben R. eventually)

  • And here is something else I suspect that you did not know:     of all of our Presidents...ONLY    6 of them graduated from Law School:

Nixon.   R.B. Hayes.  Obama.  Taft.  Ford.  Clinton.      (if Biden wins he would be 7th)

You say:  How can that be?  :

Because a number of others attended law school...but did not graduate;   and many, back in the "old days"  did the Apprentice thing:

Presidents who were lawyers but did not attend law school include: John Adams; Thomas Jefferson; James Madison; James Monroe; John Quincy Adams; Andrew Jackson;Martin Van Buren; John Tyler; James K. Polk; Millard Fillmore; James Buchanan; Abraham Lincoln; James A. Garfield; Grover Cleveland; Benjamin Harrison; and Calvin Coolidge each of whom achieved their status as a lawyer through independent study.

Presidents who were admitted to the bar after a combination of law school and independent study include; Franklin Pierce; Chester A. Arthur; William McKinley; and Woodrow Wilson.
