Dear President (for now) Trump. You swore an oath to "preserve protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all threats, foreign and domestic". Guess that doesn't mean much to you now- if it ever did. Sign off on very unconstitutional martial law for a new election? Just because your immense ego is hurt because you lost an election?
I had to look up Pinochet- but if the shoe fits- wear it Donnie. Look in a mirror Cheetos- right now YOU ARE the biggest threat to the Constitution of the United States, and that's truly scary. MHO.

The democrats want to stack the court. How did Trump know a SC Justice would die a month or so before the election. He did the same thing the democrats would have done under Obama if they had majority in the Senate. You guys sure stretch the truth.

You will not abide by the decisions of the Supreme Court. That by definition makes you against the Constitutional authority granted them as the 3rd power within our Constitutional government. You believe in authoritarianism, not Constitutional government, because you don't like how this all turned out against that Liar whom you still think should be there for another 4 years. He lost. The Supreme Court agrees he lost. But you do not. Logic then says you do not believe in the Constitution.

One more time. When the Supreme Court thinks lower courts got it right they vote NOT TO HEAR the case. They let the lower court decisions stand if they agree with them. You need a course in how SCOTUS works. If 4 or more think a lower court made a mistake, they will hear the case and make a full court decision. If none think it has merit, they just send that little "denied" note.
EDIT: Do you really think that if at least 4 members thought that there was widespread voter fraud which decided the election wrongly which the lower courts ruled improperly they would actually choose not to hear the case? If you believe that then you truly have no hope whatsoever. Of course they would hear the case.

You can go look up the definitions of words online. If you don't know how, don't ask woodpecker because he doesn't know either.
Standing is a matter that is not relevant to merit. You can have plenty of merit, but if you don't have standing, they won't hear a case.
