What admin is trying to demand that our Supreme Court not overrule Obamacare, on a basis of Constitutionality, because Congress passed it,
and that's the will of the people?
.............while refusing to enforce the Protection of Marriage act, which was passed by Congress, while insisting that the Supreme Court
overrule the Protection of Marriage Act because it is unConstitutional?

Congress did it...
But then he FEELS like he wants the Supreme Court to rule against the Defense of Marriage Act, despite the fact that Congress approved it.
Opposite Feelings based on political expediency, and complete disregard for law, and principle.
That is dangerous, to be that corrupt and have the power they have right now.
With lib marxists, it's ALWAYS "both sides do it so it's okay"... IF THEIR GUY IS IN QUESTION.
But let it NOT be their guy, and all hell breaks loose with their outrage.

When I have proved you wrong by using facts, they just get ignored, and usually I get told facts are not relevant on this board. Also anytime a bill or law goes in front of the Supreme Court both sides try to argue its legitimacy/illegitimacy, then the Supreme Court decides. Its why there are 3 branches of Gov't that are designed to be checks and balances of each other.

Yeah first time I heard this was with Cheney and Bush, hence its Tony Blair(out of office in 2007) and not Gordon Brown, even Colin Powell who hasn't been part of the gov't since 2005.
