  • Why is there 5 teams in each division except American League West with 4 and National League Central with 6. Isn't that an unfair advantage to AL West teams and a disadvantage to NL Central teams?

Why not take Houston out of the NL Central and move them to the AL west? This seems like pretty common logic that for the life of me don't understand why it hasn't already happened. What are the reasons it's like this?
