  • No one is forcing you to go on twitter. Look at how many athletes use it as a way to talk trash, complain about teammates, or worse. I don't see what Greg did as even close to what some other people do on twitter (Chris Perez). The thing that irritates me is the whole "stop wasting your time on twitter and learn to catch" attitude that fans are directing at him. He, as well as all athletes, is allowed to do with his free time what he wants. If he's riding the plane/bus home from the game who cares if he goes on twitter? Is he to spend 24/7 of his life catching footballs?

at this point i'd take 12/7. the guy FINALLT catches the fucking ball and he has to do his little dance? if he had a better record OF CATCHING THE BALL i don't think there'd be to much to comment on. but those aren't the facts to this point. you wanna be top notch? go study film @ 6 in the morn. stay later after practice to get your route running and go catch some speedballs from the tire.

  • he can tweet a picture of himself in a lingerie for all I care as long as he is catching the ball.

  • You guys make it sound like he is Retarded.

    He seems bright enough:

    More of an immaturity issue.

Agree... with a side of cultural...

But the "dance" should be saved for a winning TD catch.

Exactly. He should be spending AT least an hour a day, every day catching passes off the machine, and if they don't want to tire out Weedster's and McCoy's arms- have the coaches toss balls to him on every route he's supposed to be running until he can hang onto the damn ball.

& make him run a lap for every catchable one he drops. I'd bet he'd show some rapid improvement/ 🙂

yeah HB, it always that. people blowing things out of proportion.

maybe it's people's opinions, which you have no say over, so you feel helpless.

    get some help.

it must be a lonely journey you're on seeing as you are the only one that is right all the time and anyone that disagrees with you can't be on the same boat. betcha you're big head wouldn't even fit into a cruise ship.

So then I'm not allowed to have an opinion? Very insightful and hypocritical of you. My opinion is people are blowing this out of proportion. Just like you are entitled to get all butt hurt over a picture on twitter I am entitled to point out you are getting mad over a fucking picture on twitter.

  • In my opinion Little is clearly celebrating himself publicly after a loss.

Let me say it again - he is CELEBRATING HIMSELF on twitter moments after his TEAM LOST.

That's what bothers me, I could give two shits if a guy uses twitter.

Now tell me - would Belichik,Tomlin,Coughlin or their players tolerate this kind of behavior?

But the Browns don't have the kind of leadership that demands a classier, higher standard...yet?

This kid hasn't even done shit yet and he acts like this, what happens when / if he ever does become a credible receiver?

  • He's always been a diva, even at UNC.

But if he starts catching TD's and making first downs on the regular I can't really say I'd be mad if he celebrates.

No. But Sundays would be nice.

Just because he stunned himself by catching that pass, it was no reason for him to dance like a teenage girl while his team was still losing.

I never ragged on the guy last year during all those drops. I'm still a fan of his, but that display caused a big dent.

Nearly every player celebrates after a TD, whether they're down or not.

We should be happy he's improving, if a big ego is what he needs to be good then let him have it.

    Disagree.

Sure I've been watching the Browns since Brown, Warfield and Kelly. But hopefully many of you have been watching since guys like Jerry Rice and Barry Sanders played in the NFL. Even knuckleheads like Chad Johnson (who for some on this Board is/was Ocho Cinco) didn't act like that in his 2nd year when his team was losing.

  • They put on for their city...

Let's see... Gronkowski Partying all night on a broken foot a day after the Super Bowl loss and Big Ben "allegedly" raping women in bathroom stalls pretty much destroys your theory.. You can hate Shurmur all you want but coaches can only do so much to prevent player stupidity. And celebrating a touchdown catch is not nearly as bad as the above examples..

Your age doesn't make you more credible, in today's NFL players celebrate TD's no matter the score.

    Cam Newton did today.

Victor Cruz did his salsa dance last week when the Giants were down to Tampa Bay.

That's what players do now, if it angers you, you should probably let it go.

It's stupid. It doesn't anger me, it's just low class. Do your job and quit the bullshit.

i'm not angry. Based on the game circumstances, i thought it to be unprofessional.

  • He's just being a TYPICAL wide receiver in the NFL (and I hate the word typical). He's probably going to be the same immature guy his entire career, but we'll take it if he catches TDs.

Many WRs are in a world of their own. They have no control over when the ball gets thrown to them, so when they finally get to make a play, they go crazy. He's not a possession-type WR who is crafty with routes and catches everything. He's our #1 (like it or not). He's like Travis Hafner, always swing for the fences. When you're hitting homers everybody loves you, when you're striking out we want you cut.

Hopefully, our coaches step in and work on hitting more homers because right now his BPA is very low...

  • He's just not very smart. It reminds me of the saying, "Youth is wasted on the young" George Bernard Shaw

is he as dumb as josh cribbs?

  • Instead of a thread being happy and congratulating Greg for catching a TD pass, he gets a thread calling him dumb. Any wonder why he doesn't care what fans think in his tweets? You know what? You are right. After scoring a TD he should hand the ball to a ref, go to the sideline, and kneel on rice. Give me a break. Get behind your team!

  • He is human just like us. Christ when he scored I about jumped through the roof of my living room "33in vert", and I woke up my 2 year old son and got yelled at by my wife that just laid him down. We all celebrate in our own ways. Way to many haters out there man!!
