    West Broncos #1 seed.....and Broncos have clinched a playoff spot

    Wildcards: Chiefs 10-3 #5 seed, Ravens 7-6 #6 seed (by virtue of head to head win over Dolphins)

    In the Hunt: Dolphins 7-6, Jets 6-7, Chargers 6-7

    NFC

    East Eagles 8-5 with #3 seed

    North Lions 7-6 with #4 seed (lead division due to 2 wins over the Bears)

    South Saints 10-3 #2 seed

    West Seahawks 11-2 #1 seed....also have already clinched a playoff spot

    Wildcards: Panthers 9-4 #5 seed (by win over 49ers), 49ers 9-4 #6 seed

    It really is strange how this happens in the NFL. The other oddity is the Super Bowl hangover, where the prior year champion takes a dive.

    It looks like the Ratbirds may slide into the playoffs, but I doubt they win more than one game. The 49ers are finally clicking, & might make some noise in the NFC.
