Has anyone else noticed...
In 2007,
- The Browns have a winning season
- But the QB implodes down the stretch
- And team misses the playoffs
- The result: Extended contract for the head coach and QB is handed the starting job the following season.
In 2008,
- The Jets have a winning season
- But the QB implodes down the stretch
- And team misses the playoffs
- The result: Fire the head coach and the QB is run out of town on a rail.
In 2009,
- The Browns hire the Jets fired head coach
- The Jets are considering the Browns imploding QB.
You can't make this stuff up.
