talking about taking a chance.......if the price is right ( ie-cheap)......Id pick up Jake Long and rotate him right........

Long has had some knee problems over the past few years, most notably tearing his ACL last year. He had a HOF level start to his career, but has suffered greatly from these injuries. I think, if everything checks out in a physical, he could be a steal and a very good RT. The only issue though is his current health and his health going forward.

Of the 10 teams that were said to have attended, I can only find the Raiders, Iggles and Niners names specifically.

Ohio.com reporting that Browns had a Breakfast Meeting with one Ali Marpet on Friday AM. Which more than likely they feed the Kid before watching his Pro Day. Um Um Good . That should seal the deal Food...

tiamat63

I'm just upset his last name doesn't start with a G... you know, I could do the whole Ali G thang.

darren15

Maybe the plan was to stuff him and slow him down...

I actually think Tebow could run the shit out of Kelly's offense.

As long as there isn't down field passing required....sure.

darren15

He even signed pictures of himself for Eagles fans

Work the sidelines. Short, high percentage passing. I could see it.

and Matt Schaub is now out there (just cut by raiders)........almost have to think he looks pretty good about now....

Cut the key word and green light and Flip should make the call if his arm is not dead.. It really can't be this hard to upgrade from a Hoyer is it?? Accuracy is a main concern after watching 5yrd. overthrows to wide opens. No dead Arms or Legs or go Draft..

Not a chance. It isn't so much Matt's arm, its between his ears - the guy torpedoed quicker than Delhomme.

Yep, Schaub is totally done. He had a pretty solid career there but I'd be really surprised if he lands on a roster this season.
