    wow. can you negative mother fuckers just go somewhere else?

    i gave my girl a reprieve and stopped into doubleday's to catch a snippet of the game. saw landry go out. bartender a stooler fan. felt pretty good just to be tied and in the game as i left 20 mins later.

    come home, pour a drink to relax and look through my emails because of biz the rest of the week.........popped in here and i wished i had not.

    Personnel management of this coaching staff kinda sucks. Gilbert needs developing. And Mud has it right. You asked for effort out of the kid. He's given you it on SPECIAL TEAMS (not all that common) and you reward him with the IA.

  • I'd give Gaines a break today if it weren't for the fact that his garbage play was selected ABOVE Gilbert today. There's no way Gilbert could be worse, but because he's not Pettine's guy we get to watch what we saw today.

  • I have no idea how Gilbert is behaving as a person but there has to be close to zero chance he is a worse player than Bademosi.

  • Even a healthy Bowe wouldn't have made a difference. The Oline has gotten worse! McCown won't live to see his next birthday and Manziel only survived cuz he's half McCown's age, and mobile.

    As for Gilbert? We have two wins! Why would you not play your first round pick? Talk about destroying potential talent! We will never know! We've seen flashes but he needs to play. I never heard of anyone getting better on the bench. It sure isn't like we have anyone better. Too bad Pettine takes such a personal and vindictive approach to coaching. Yet Tramon Williams keeps being penalized to the detriment of the team.

    I hate to say this but this team quit on Pettine weeks ago! They don't care. Tashaun Gipson will be gone next year along with Crowell, Bowe,Housler,Gabriel, Mingo, Kruger, Mack, Starks, Williams and they won't be missed.

    DAMN THE TORPEDOES! FULL SPEED AHEAD!

  • Can't believe Gilbert was inactive. This tells me that we're literally about to cut ties with him after the season. The #8 pick...gone. Unbelievable.

  • We need our first round corner out there playing, like Haden did... Haden wasn't an all-pro his first year if I remember. We need to see Gilbert in the game, you can't pick and then not play the kid, that's horseshit. Same for Manziel.
