Neither Ravens nor Pats win. Nor 49ers.   Saints, Chiefs, Seahawks

And as I understand,  Browns and Raiders have NOT  been eliminated...so why would there be odds on the Raiders, but not the Browns?

😁 Because the odds on the Browns are so long, no one in their right mind would put any money on it.

Yea, But, I think the Browns technically have a better percentage odds than the Raiders.   A scintalla of a percentage better?

(or, is it just that the Raiders are now moving to Vegas, no matter what they are going to give them odds.?)

Those are the betting odds not any mathematical odds on making the playoffs, they can be similar at times but not the same.

And yes the BROWNS may just be not published by any sportsbooks.

How to Bet on NFL Futures....it works something like this......

Who’s going to win the Super Bowl? One of the most popular questions often asked by anybody and everybody that bets on NFL Futures, especially online bettors from the United States. Answering that question isn’t easy but placing wagers on NFL Future odds can be done on “Any Given Sunday” and every other day too. Put simply, the Futures market for the NFL is always open. The opening market is set by oddsmakers after the following season has ended in February, sometimes even while the current season hasn’t been completed yet in late January. For the most part, the initial betting lines are mirrored based on what the current perception of the team is after the latest season and that’s where the value can be had.

How do I bet on the Super Bowl?

We know that you can bet on the Super Bowl and all of NFL Futures at any time of the year, but what’s the process. The future wager or the “Odds to Win” bet on the Super Bowl is correctly selecting a team to win an event that takes place at a later time. A bettor will have his wagered money tied up until there is an outcome and bettors will receive fixed odds when they place the wager. In the case of the Super Bowl, you’re not a winner or loser until you see zeros on the clock in the final game.

Most sportsbooks offer different ways to read to Super Bowl Odds. In the fractional NFL Futures Odds format below, you simply take the odds and multiply by the amount wagered.

Ex. Green Bay (8/1) to win the Super Bowl

The Packers are listed as an 8/1 betting choice to win the Super Bowl. If you wager $100 on Green Bay to win the NFC and they capture the championship, then you would win $800 (8 ÷ 1 x 100). Your online betting account would then credit your account $900, which includes your win and stake ($100).

The American Format would see Green Bay listed at +800 and for the Decimal Format, the Packers would be 9.00.

Couple things I had not realized about the Ravens...

    1. They last lost in Week 4 to us.
    2. In addition to trading for Marcus Peters they made 5 other moves on the D-side...

The defense that Baltimore will bring to Cleveland on Sunday looks far different than what the Browns saw in September. Within days of losing to Cleveland, the Ravens signed two inside linebackers who have helped stabilize the run defense – Josh Bynes and L.J. Fort. They have also added three physical defensive linemen since the Cleveland game – Jihad Ward, Domata Peko and Justin Ellis. Trading for Pro Bowl cornerback Marcus Peters in October, along with the return of cornerback Jimmy Smith from an early-season knee injury, has given Baltimore the league’s deepest secondary.

The Ravens have the NFL’s top-ranked defense since Week 4, and now come in at No. 6 in total defense. After that Cleveland game, they were ranked No. 27.

Doesn't matter, you'll still be there for the festivities. It's the most happening place to be SB weekend besides the actual SB city. Probably better in some ways.

Per what I just heard a while ago on the radio, the RFs do not have a single person listed on their injury list.

Hopefully that will not be the case after the game.

Olivier Vernon, a gametime decision vs. Ravens, says he didn’t have a setback

BEREA, Ohio -- Browns defensive end Olivier Vernon tried to get back on the field against the Steelers on Dec. 1. He said it was his choice to try and play and, even though he only managed 10 snaps and hasn’t played since, didn’t have a setback.

Vernon is officially listed as questionable and said it all depends how he feels Sunday morning.
