Joes first stint here was the best he ever looked, mayfield was also at his best here, so WTF are you talking about ?

Flacco did not look better in Cleveland than he did on his super bowl run, and he looked like shit in Cleveland this year and better in Cinci. As for your claims on Baker, they're objectively false. Here are his playoff stats by year.

And here are his regular season stats

There's going to be a lot of pressure on Baltimore to have a black head coach. Anyone know who's out there as candidates?

Flores, Morris,Vance Joseph I have to imagine

I don't think there's any pressure to hire a Black HC there. They had Ozzie Newsome as their GM for a long time; and he STILL attends the combines helping out his replacement while also assisting them at the draft.  They've had DCs like Marvin Lewis and Zach Orr (as recently as this season).  Jim Caldwell was their OC in 2012 and 2013. Meanwhile, the leader of their offense is Lamar Jackson. They've had a lot of Black leaders in their organization.  If anything - I think the pressure is on Lamar Jackson.

Here's some more guys for your list: SF DC Robert Saleh, Carolina DC Ejiro Evero, Detroit DC Kelvin Sheppard, Tennessee DC Dennard Wilson, Pittsburgh DC Teryl Austin

Yeah, the coach and his offense had nothing to do with it. Stop gargling stefanski, please.

  • I heard Harbaugh already bought a house in Strongsville.

    Lol?

I found this, very interesting about John Harbaugh. While many of us here hate the Ratbirds, this is why they moved on.....

Possibly, remember though they've had some solid teams though until lately.

One could argue they beat Pittsburgh & win the North if Kyle Hamilton played in the 2nd half.

I think in this salary cap era, teams need a bit of luck. There's basically 4-5 guys who eat up 70% ( estimating) of a team's cap. Usually the star QB has a majority of that 70%.

You think you have your QB, you pay him and hope.

Finding out Steeler fans are envious of the Rats and Browns for the firings.

Compare Harbaughs playoff record vs Tomlins and Harbaugh has had much more success. Tomlin had not won a playoff game since 2016.

Tomlin needs to stay where he’s at.

  • I hear that ryan day was in Cleveland today

  • according to Grossi, Harbaugh wants 20 million a year 10 million for his staff and complete control of the roster (which would make Berry a coffee fetcher) So i say if you want complete culture change just hiring another yes man as coach will just be the same ole shit and should have just kept Stefanski, So for real change give the man what he wants.

Berry would do less damage as a coffee fetcher - shit look at what he did to the roster in his 6 years here. If Harbaugh can get Berry shitcanned, then a statue of Harbaugh should go up immediately.

Yeah it makes no sense to me why Jimmy wouldn't fire the both of them.

Right.  But, he didn't.  So Harbaugh can't come to Cleveland.  He wants to pick his own GM.  But Jimmy has a GM.  He just committed to him by firing only Stef.  Harbaugh would have to agree to work with Berry.  At least for a year.  I don't see Harbaugh having to do that with all of the coaching vacancies available.

That was probably true before Harbaugh hit the market. But now that Jimmy has an option that is far and away the top choice, he's an idiot if he keeps himself tethered to Berry.

I would be shocked, no SHOCKED if Harbaugh even remotely considered taking the Browns job.

In fact, I'll call it now: The next Browns HC will be a guy who got next to no other HC offers.

In 2019, when the Browns hired Freddie Kitchens, they also interviewed Stefanski. Stefanski had no other HC interviews.

In 2020, after firing Kitchens, the Browns interviewed Stefanski. He had no other HC interviews.

That would entail the Head Coach ruling the Owner.  That won't happen.

I agree Harbaugh probably not interested. Doesn't fucking matter, go make an offer and get him here.
