Johnny Manziel is shorter than colt Mccoy and doesn't have the arm strength and he isn't even on our roster anymore...more importantly he is a punk compared to McCoy who was a respectable kid. None of these kids impress me at all. Was a big E.J. and Bray fan...in 3-5 years those two will be awesome. If anyone i would take Murray a bit smaller than Colt but has a stronger arm and will probably win the Heisman this year...honestly, i'm all in on Jason Campbell beating out Weeden anyway.

If we pick up Mallet for anything more than a 5th rounder i really think Lombardi is truly the devil. So, we traded a QB that passed for over 4000 yards and 20+ TDs in two years for someone that hasn't even won a single game an has thrown for less than 100 yards...come on!!! Why is it that the Patriots get to dump a loser QB for a 2nd rounder and we can only get a 6th rounder from a team with 200 draft picks this year...in two years we will dump Mallet and start all over again. I honestly think that Brandon Weeden is a more mobile QB than Mallet. I can't see any benefit over taking Mallet or Bray who we could probably pick up in the 3rd...actually, Bray is smarter and probably could run faster than Mallet...BRAY = Danny(very) Bad Boy Marino.

With the 15th pick the New Orleans Pelicans ( sorry wrong sport) Saints pick...Barkevious Mingo DE LSU...because the SAINTS D sucks big time

Jets draft DION JORDAN DE OREGON with the 9th pick to help bolster their pass rush. They still need an upgrade at QB but at this point way to much of a risk to pull the trigger on these duds.

And as someone whose wife works for a school system, I can pretty much tell you that your wife probably doesn't get 110 paid vacation days. What she has chosen to do is to spread her salary over the full year rather than take it over 9 months during school. That is not really paid vacation, that is just redistributing.

It's all based on salary so my 8 weeks include some saturdays and sundays...so in all reality, it kinda of sucks.

Besides the Patriots and Green Bay and our standard 6 division games I'm pretty happy with our schedule this year. Using certain star charts and Ouija board and a quarter looks like we will have a pretty good chance at a playoff run this year

10-6 not to shabby that's a 6 game improvement over last year. I so wish they would add two to 4 additional games a year. have a two week bye week in the middle of the season and then an extra bye week towards the end of the year. Increase the roster size by and additional 5 players and increase cap by an extra 10% and take away one or two preseason games then add a couple of non contact scrimmages and i would love it... unfortunately the players union and the teachers union are represented by the same people, they love time off. I guess i'm just jealous that my wife gets 110 paid days a year and i only get 8 weeks.

The only reason we are going to watch Geno is to stir the pot so other teams think we have interest so that we can get a 2nd round pick to give tender to Pitta...as Chud said, we have the biggest and brightest stars in the room at QB, they just need to find the switch to turn themselves on.

If it weren't for a few short statured QBs that bucked the system and became super heros we wouldn't be talking about Colt except for him to get the F out of town with Bozo the old man clown in tow....For every Drew Brees there is a Bob Dotson that amounted to nothing, for every Jeff Garcia there is a Nate Singleberry that failed miserably for every Russell Wilson there is Max Duncan that couldn't hit a crossing pattern if his mother smeared honey on her chest...we love to root for the underdog and Colt is one of those that we are hoping either sticks with the Browns and becomes the next Brees or gets traded and sucks for the rest of his life...only time will tell. Many of us grew up in N.E. and hate people from the south, if Colt grew up in Pepper Pike hell we would have given him another chance last year, but the kid is from poduck Texas, so we threw him to the carnivourous pigs.

That is one thing that I will say and if anyone doubts that Colt has more passion the Weeden when it comes to football, they honestly have never loved football more then a 5 cent hooker.

This is Jimmy's team and he really likes Colt. Jimmy is a character guy and wants to keep the best character guys on the team...i have a feeling this may be one reasone that he didn't keep Josh (3 million other reasons as well, plus they like D. Robinson from UM in the 4th 5th if he is available to replae Cribbs) We need serviceable backups and Colt is one of those. He could be in this leauge till he is 50, he takes care of his body, is athletic, very instinctual and if anyone watched the radar gun his fastball got plenty fast last year. Plus he can hit on 95% of the throws, even across his body. My only true concern is that he is like Kyrie Irving he is a bit fragile. I would be very surprised if they let Colt go this year, i'm not saying he is our best chance of winning but i have a feeling that Colt will be here long after Weeden or whoever is gone...he is our Don Strock.

I would really like us to propose a trade with the Minnesota Vikings were we would swap the 6th for their 23 and 52 picks in the draft...thus allowing us to go after Dennis Pitta an not Big Tex with a 2nd round tender. I think Pitta could basically get us everything we needed minus a few secondary pieces sans QB, and we should be good to go for a few years...thus continuing to concentrate on the defensive side with our picks in the 1st round...getting Pitta basically in the 2nd going after DaRick Rogers in the 3rd. For some reason the Jimmy Haslam really likes Colt so he will still be in the NFL at 45 and we basically go after Tyler Wilson for the long run...I wouldn't doubt if we pull the trigger on Bray in the 4th if he is still there.

Hoping Da'Rick Rogers falls to us in the 3rd. If you ever seen this kid play he loves the game and is one tough SOB, he wants to bleed on the field...he wants 10 people to hit him in the face, he wants you to shoot him while catches a ball, he is that kid that dreams of making that catch for the winning TD in the Super Bowl and then breaking his neck and dying and the fans go wild. He is a baller...with a litle side habit just like flash...ok, maybe a little worse. But get rid of MoMass bring in Da'Rick, Flash, Benjamin and Little and you could have one of the most dangerous WR corp of all time.

He said best QB in 2010 was Jimmy Clausen...he had us picking Derick Morgan and one of his favorite player is Tim Tebow. He has no clue...oh, and he said we should have gotten justin blackmon last year...so, no josh gordon but justin blackmon... of course many of you will agree with this quote

I'm usually pretty negative...even my Mommas mashed potatoes can be lumpy at times...but i'm pretty excited about this hire, and the potential of getting EJ and Chud together...damn, this is going to be a great Year. I'm torn between letting Dawson go, but the Browns need stars of the past that kids can look up to...10 years from now i want to see Dawsons name hanging next to Grozas. He can kick for another 3-5 years...we have cap space. We need to pick up 2 great cover corners a couple of studs on D an awesome punter and EJ and hell we are stacked!!! ok, maybe one other key...a hall of fame fullback and we can say Dynasty!!!!

I'm assuming if Chip Kelly comes here he would want to get EJ Manuel...I would say wait for Murray but unless we go with Colt we have no chance of getting him...Philly, Jacksonville and the Chiefs will probably get top 3 again next year. EJ has the most upside and is like a BBB big black ben though i would put my money on EJ over Ben any day. Honestly, this is the worst draft for QBs in a long time. I think we will probably dump COLT and Weeden keep Thad dump Dawson and maybe make a blockbuster trade and get rid of Joe Thomas, Cribs is gone as well as MoMass and we probably can get something for that pile of crap Shurmur left behind.

I actually feel really good about next year...it's kind of a wierd feeling. We don't suck, I just don't feel the suckage like 3 years ago...With just a bit of fine tuning I think we are close...and it's not like that stupid Eagles team that Joe Banner managed that is a patchwork quilt of over achieving washed up wacky pack kids...I'm still holding onto my prediction Super Bowl 2015 Browns Baby BROWNS TOWN!!!!!!

Colt is just a better football player than Weeden hands down...it took him 5 passes to knock the rust off, where Weeden still hasn't after 15 games. Weeds may have the better arm but Colt has so many more weapons at his disposal than Weeden. Even though we lost i watched this game to the last second because Colt is just so much more of a dynamic player than old Man Weeden...Yes he threw a couple passes into the ground...which is a lot better than throwing them five feet over someones head and having them intercepted. Weeden has no clue where his players are on the field or going to be. Like a lot of people have been saying the biggest difference between Colt and Weeden is that Colt throws the ball to where the player is going to be...Weeden throws the ball to where he is or was. Colt exposes the flaws of our offensive system Weeden just patches them with garbage and crap. That's all i want to see is excitement and passion...none of which Brandon Weeden brings to the table.
