I loved the Skins back when they had Monk,Clark and Sanders at WR..and Darrel Green at CB...the hoggs were awesome with Schlereth,Grimm and company. Dexter Manly was a load...Rypien was decent and had a cup of coffee with the Browns before they moved. I m forgetting notables like Kirk or was it Kurt Goveia...that was one hell of a squad...good luck to you guys as well..

I cant stand that he throws his power and weight around and hires his friend slike Vinny freaking Cerratto who just had no football knowledge at all and would pay guys like Albert Haynesworth, Jason Taylor etc who were WAY passed their prime and just wanted a retirement benefit. Vinny is the reason we sucked for years. However, I am very happy that Snyder has backed off the past 3 years and gave the reigns to Shanny and Bruce Allen and let them build the team. Its obviously worked out. We have rebuilt the team and now have a good, young, and very competititve roster. I couldnt be happier and even if we would have went 4-12 this year, I wouldnt want Shanny fired. I just want Snyder to continue doing what he has done the past 3 years. Write checks and shut up. Same thing about Jerry Jones, he needs to shut up and hire a GM, but he wont. Which is good for us because I hate the cowgirls. But, him and Snyder are comparable in that sense. Almost forgot, thanks to the one guy who answered my questions that had his reply get "zapped" by technical issues. I typed a long reply in here before and it was zapped as well, silly computers. The only other legend on here that can match that is Zombo...but in his case it was the Packers that got a guy with his name. And of course, the other legend you met is Ghoulie. Don't be taken aback so badly. Him saying "Fuck you" to a fan of another team and then insulting you is tantamount to Andy Griffith saying Howdy. You have officially been welcomed when that happens.

I want to note I just got done watching Cleveland 95 on nfln, and my heart bleeds for all of you. I literally cried at the end of the show when the players went over to the dawg pound and hugged the fans. I remember our local newspaper actually did a small article on it but it didn't do it justice. I was only 11 when that happened but seeing it now on tv just breaks my heart, I couldn't imagine the pain the city went trough. Art Modell is a selfish man and no amount of money is worth hurting people like that. Regardless of the past the dirty ravens know in their hearts that the trophy they have is actually a Cleveland super bowl win. Not Baltimore and their fake ass fans. Regarding QBs and arm strength- not so much speed of the ball- it's how fast defenders can react to (relative) slow tosses. the windows are a whole lot smaller to throw into. Regarding the '95 season- I'm a lot older than you. It's good that finally came out- and I think you can now understand the absolute hatred some Cleveland fans still harbor for Modell. I've forgiven, but I still hope he NEVER makes the HOF. In the end Art got what he deserved- the loss of ownership- which was his sole reason for moving the team. His "I had no choice" is a damn lie, could have sold to Al Lerner then and there, but nope- I want my cigar chompin' kid to inherit the team.
