This is the time of year where stains fans are in all their glory. Hell, draft talk starts 4 games into the regular season and now it's finally here.
The new roster of young, talented players who have the ill fortune of being drafted by the stains. Careers are killed right out of the gate.

"As luck would have it", fortunately for Andrew, he's not condemned to the fate that is being a first-round QB draft pick for them stains.
Nothing spells career hell than being a contending prospect drafted high by Cleveland.
Yinz wrecked the career of Tim Couch, Brady Queen and fortunately for Luck, he'll land with a franchise (likely Indy) that will maximize his potential.
Head coaches are in the same boat which is probably why the stains look the other way when performing background checks on coaching prospects.

A couple years ago when everyone here was all excited about Mangina being the new HC, I correctly stated that hiring yesterdays chopped liver wouldn't do shit.
I'm once again correct, as I usually am.
Same for Holmgren. I don't think Holmy gets fired anytime soon but he's not a turn-around guy. The fact that he took a job in dirty, dirty Cleveland shows what credibility the guy has.
Don't expect the next HC to be of pedigree, unless you pay him a substantial premium - which is what the stains might have to do to turn the ship around.
