I don't use it at all. (don't use facebook either) I only know of a few people outside of teenage girls that use it. I really never understood the point of it on a personal level though. I don't really care what someone else is doing or thinking at the moment. I have heard that its a good way to stay informed about teams, but I use the ESPN app on my iphone for that.
