Both coaches are happy to be free from hell. No high quality coaches will EVER even consider Cleveland as their landing spot.
Now if you will excuse me, I am off to 1265 Lombardi Avenue. The Shrine Of Pro Football.
Prime Rib Shish Kabobs are part of the tailgate menu today.
Beautiful day for football in Titletown! Sunny, 12 degrees with a 8 mph wind. Might want to bring a light jacket.
Enjoy the greatest rivalry in sports Browns fans.

How many more scapegoats can they keep firing while this guy believes numbers mean more than film explaining numbers? That was the fallout between John Dorsey and Depodicksuck.
Per Google, here's John Dorsey's walk in this league:
John Dorsey is a senior personnel executive for the Detroit Lions. He joined the Lions in 2021 and is currently in his fourth season with the team. Dorsey is known for his talent scouting skills and has worked for several NFL teams, including the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cleveland Browns:-
Kansas City Chiefs: Dorsey drafted Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, and Travis Kelce.
-
Cleveland Browns: Dorsey was the general manager for three years, adding talent like Baker Mayfield, Denzel Ward, and Nick Chubb.
-
Philadelphia Eagles: Dorsey spent 2020 as a consultant, helping with college and pro scouting.
Dorsey was a key contributor to the 2023 roster construction that helped the Lions to a 12-5 record.I welcome the only Defensive Coordinator to earn a Superbowl Ring in New Orleans while understanding Revenge of the Nerds is a sequel. "Come get some!" -

Browns have a knack for letting talent out the door. Players, coaches, and FO.

Very true! We're in the mess we're in by the current FO. Everyone is gonna hang for it but them? If you can't evaluate the real problems - it's going to be impossible to see any other thing than history repeating itself.
Should we or shouldn't we demand more?
That said, the real problem is Jimmy is just as useless as the 99 year old female McCaskey that owns the Bears with her son that never followed football in charge of decisions like their fairly recent GM hire (Poles) and everything umbrellaed underneath. Jimmy can't hire worth a crap. A corrupt narcissist with too much money doesn't self evaluate - he only points fingers at everyone but himself....

Dorsey out, OL coach out
That's a start....Brerry, Depodesta next....in my dreams.

More specifically, the Browns are only firing symptoms of the real disease killing this team.

Just read something that Browns TE Tommy Rees is possibly an internal candidate for the OC job. He was in the running for the North Carolina head coach job that went to Bill Belichick.

That might not be bad; but is that more to keep much of the recent offenses they have had here than consider changes needed? Our run and pass plays seem like they take forever to set up. Even worse, it feels like the Browns lead the NFL with pre-snap penalties on the offensive side of the ball.

And in other news
Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield only has an average game tomorrow, he will join an elite group of quarterbacks where only one will not be a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Mayfield is one touchdown and 221 passing yards shy of this elite group. Only nine quarterbacks have thrown for 40 touchdowns and 4,500 passing yards in the same season.
The list of the group reads like a Who’s Who of quarterbacks in the past 40 years. Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Joe Burrow, Andrew Luck, Pat Mahomes, Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, drama queen Aaron Rodgers and Matt Stafford.
The only quarterback on that list who will not be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame (Manning and Marino are already in) is Andrew Luck. His career was cut short due to injuries.
Also, if Mayfield throws for one touchdown pass, he will become only the second Bucs quarterback to throw for at least 40 touchdowns in a season. Brady did this with the Bucs in 2020 and 2021
Fire everyone!!

They DO lead the league in presnap penalties

I don't think anyone is saying he should be in the hall of fame at this time. He is putting up outstanding numbers. If the Bucs had a semi decent defense Baker would be in the talks for MVP.

The shotgun run plays seem to take FOREVER. The QB takes way too long to hand the ball off. By the time the RB has the ball the d-line is in the back field

I have no idea.
Move the offense back to what Stefanski did before.

I'd offer him whatever he wants! But consider the organizations. Green Bay has been a solid club for decades. Compare them to our organization. I'm not sure he would want to come back.
