I think this guy warrants discussion. The fact that a self-described Marxist is going to be the mayor of the most populous city in the US represents a massive shift in the Overton window and US politics as a whole.
I do welcome that the influence of the ADL hypocrites is finally waning.

I will vaguely follow his journey but l have no say in the matter until that happens.

He, on-the-record, declared that his goal is to "seize the means of production." It's fair to call him a Marxist, communist, and socialist.
His call to raise taxes on whiter, richer neighborhoods is an even stronger brand of millennial racism that helped get Trump elected. If we want a future with right wing death squads, this is how they're created.

He's not taxing explicitly white people... It's a shifting tax burden to more affluent neighborhoods that happen to be whiter. You can disagree with the messaging, and race being mentioned, but the plan isn't to "tax white people"...

I agree lots of people voted to deport the illegals, but I'm not talking about them. When I say "normal people" I'm talking people who watch the news on TV occasionally and keep their political views to themselves (everyone posting here is not a normal American). The way race was handled by government, corpos, and the media during Trump 1 and Biden pissed off a lot of people in the middle. They went full retard over George Floyd and the ultimate result was black fatigue, white flight, higher crime in cities, etc. It clearly moved the needle toward Trump.
