Having a body cam and whether a federal agent was justified in self defense are 2 different issues.
Not wearing a body cam doesn't automatically make him guilty of murder, but you 2 knock yourselves out twisting the story again.
I think body cams are great for the agents wearing them so they don't get accused of wrong doing by the trust worthy criminals trying to kill them.

Police may detain and question people, especially if they are investigating without a known crime if there's a complaint or reason of suspicion.
In this case, the driver was coming from the address of the house they were investigating.
They had a legal right to stop him, but the guy driving did not have a right to refuse or try to run them over.

Again, maybe it's a case where this guy was fearful of the ICE agents. A lot of rhetoric out there, especially from our own politicians and people in media about how ICE are masked bandits kidnapping and murdering everyone.
