Having a body cam and whether a federal agent was justified in self defense are 2 different issues.
Not wearing a body cam doesn't automatically make him guilty of murder, but you 2 knock yourselves out twisting the story again.
I think body cams are great for the agents wearing them so they don't get accused of wrong doing by the trust worthy criminals trying to kill them.

In this case, the driver was coming from the address of the house they were investigating.
They had a legal right to stop him, but the guy driving did not have a right to refuse or try to run them over.

When ICE tried to stop a vehicle driven by someone coming from that address, the "vehicle attempted to flee the scene and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon,â the department said."
