Disagree.
Sure I've been watching the Browns since Brown, Warfield and Kelly. But hopefully many of you have been watching since guys like Jerry Rice and Barry Sanders played in the NFL. Even knuckleheads like Chad Johnson (who for some on this Board is/was Ocho Cinco) didn't act like that in his 2nd year when his team was losing.
Your age doesn't make you more credible, in today's NFL players celebrate TD's no matter the score.
Cam Newton did today.
Victor Cruz did his salsa dance last week when the Giants were down to Tampa Bay.
That's what players do now, if it angers you, you should probably let it go.

how about wes walker? what about curtis martin or emmitt smith? do you remember them doing a dance after crossing the goal line and just handing it of to the refs? jerry rice? gayle sayers? even barry sanders.
it's called decorum.
yeah in this day and age certain players celebrate their tds knowing that the lens is on them, hence bumping up their brand (tshirts, spots on nat'l tv, endorsements) and selling yourself. which is all good.....when you are winning the game convincingly and you are a large part of the reason why you are winning...until then just pass the ball off to the ref.

don't you have to have a twat in order to tweet?

Instead of a thread being happy and congratulating Greg for catching a TD pass, he gets a thread calling him dumb. Any wonder why he doesn't care what fans think in his tweets? You know what? You are right. After scoring a TD he should hand the ball to a ref, go to the sideline, and kneel on rice. Give me a break. Get behind your team!
When he starts making consistent catches, we will. He has done nothing but drop passes since he's been in Cleveland.

You mean besides leading the team in receptions last year as a rookie who sat out the 2010 NCAA season, he has done nothing by drop passes. Oh, and I am pretty sure he was number 3 in receiving yards for rookies behind Jones and Green. But besides that, he did absolutely nothing last year.
You know what Jim Brown did? Exactly that- give the ball to the Ref, and head to the sideline. As Paul Brown said "act like you've been there before."
You know what Jim Brown did? Beat his wife. Since when does a scumbag like him set the bar for class? In case you did not know:

The fact of the matter is Little has a problem dropping passes. It's a known fact in Cleveland. If he stop's doing that and makes more then 2 TD catches in an entire season, maybe we will show him more respect.

Lots of tension in here. Truthfully. I dont give a damn if he moonwalks the entire endzone if he catches passes. No one would care if he was three brain cells from full Retardation in front of the camera, or dancing in the endzone if he didnt have as many drops as catches so far this year.
Im a tarheel guy, i grew up in north carolina, and i loved this pick. But man, i made every excuse for him under the sun last year because he had been out a year, was relatively new to the position, even made excuses that last year his drops were a product of having a qb with as weak an arm as he had seen since middle school.
But this year? Especially that drop against the eagles, i was PISSED OFF.
you can not be a professional wide receiver and drop passes like that in the red zone that take points off the board completely.
Fine. Celebrate, yay, look at me, just CATCH THE DAMN BALL......
-
Catch the freaking ball! Damn he is a drive killer..
-
He's thinking about dropping the ball instead of catching it now... the fans need to shut up and the player needs to catch it.

It seems this guy hasn't gotten any better. The dropped passes are over the top IMO

Agreed.
Guys like Little and Braylon Edwards make me appreciate even more what we had with Slaughter, Langhorne, Brennan and Newsome. Those guys simply did not drop passes.
Cut Little. We should be able to find a WR off the scrap heap that can catch.

I'm more mad at Shurmur calling a 2 yard slant in a 2 minute drill, on 3rd down, with no timeouts than I am at Little for not catching the ball.
If anyone follows college football at all they'd know that Little was a project from the get go. He's a converted RB still learning the position, if anything we should be mad at our organization for taking the risk on such a raw player.

Gee ain't we great at drafting "projects"? High? Little, a soon to be 29 year old "project" qb. Let's not forget in the words of Bleacher Report "There are a lot of words to describe the 21-year-old Josh Gordon from Baylor: fast, athletic, big, raw, immature, risky and the most commonly used term…enigma."
Sheeze, I hope you watched enough tape on this guy that he can hold onto the ball better than Little- but that's setting the bar way low.
I'm not quite ready to throw Little under the bus just yet- but it's getting mighty close folks. I see Braylon II out there.
Other teams were laughing at us drafting a devalued position @ #3- Richardson. Well- he can't run through 5 guys on the other team. Lauvao- Pinkston- U suk.

At least Gordon was a WR in college. We have that going for us.

Absolutely, our guard play is fucking terrible.

maybe that's what's happening to your boy TRich. maybe he's thinking about running it without the ball in his hands yet or maybe he's thinking "hell, why even bother when this ain't the crimson tide OL in front of me...". because your boy sure as hell looks a lot like every other short wide bodied rookie who can't break a tackle for shit. sure he can bounce off people, but to be arm tackled by a CB is unacceptable for a 'BEAST'. where's the running over tacklers and dessimating the DLine with all of his thunderous HULK-ess power?
#3 pick overall? nah. hasn't shown me why yet.
back to topic: he (little) had better take note of the new owner coming in because what i heard of his in game interview he knows where this team is lacking and sounded like he knows what has to change. he said joe haden's absense on the D is a terrible loss, hinting at no depth at that position (maybe first pick next year). he applauded TR without saying he's been great, just that we have a good young talent a RB. and he noted weeden's suckiness in the first week. i'd like to hear what he thought of the browns' performance overall from top to bottom after watching another cluster fuck of play calling, missed opportunities and players inabilities to convert and do their jobs.

You should probably read into that 4 minute interview a bit more.
You're acting like this billionaire is a personnel expert.
