really its for the people that think no one will come here because they are afraid they will get fired after one year? Wow if you go into an interview shaking in your boots you should not be in this business. I want a coach that will look me in the eyes and tell me he will put my team in the playoffs in his first year not some pansy worried about getting fired.
YOu don't know how the NFL works stop watching it. When "ALL" the pieces are in place you can expect that out of a coach. If Chuds had been coaching the Broncos for instance, and gone 4-11...maybe you would have a point that a guy should be able to squeeze out a .500 season with arguably the best qb that's ever played the game. This isnt' Denver dude. And any coach that looks you in the eye and says I'll get the team into the playoffs in the 1st year...you know what...he'll do everything in his power to do that including selling out the teams future viability for a short term patch that gets the team drummed out 1st round. That's not what I want I don't know about anybody else. I don't want us brining in high priced ass hats to get us to 8-8 and maybe sniff a wildcard spot, but fucks the team over for years to come. Look at what the Redskins got for selling the house on RG. Soooo you need to study the game a bit more dude. Seriously. You don't understand the game.

I mean fuck my ass running thank god coaching salaries don't count against your cap or we wouldn't have as much to play with as we do. Actually this may have been Mangini's final year we were paying him if I remember correclty he had a 5 year deal. So it looks like it's only Shurm and Chuds now on the books for a couple more years. And Garret Gilkey has filled in at times at guard and got the start today.
So they all have gotten playing time except Slaughter and we have a 3rd and 4th round pick this year that we acquired by trading a 4th and 5th last year.

You can have the franchise QB, bruiser RB, and a offensive and defensive philosphy capable of stomping through any opposition, but if you lose the locker room it's over. Chud couldn't get the team to play for him anymore. I know it. You know it. This board knows it. The team looked like a bunch of heartless players ever since the bye week. If he can't win them over, which he didn't, he doesn't need to stick around. If anyone wanted Chud to succeed more than me, I'd like to meet him, but it was over a long time ago.

Another sad day for the Cleveland Browns. I'm 45 Years old and have come to the conclusion that this team may not win anything in my lifetime. I hope that I am wrong but they really have not shown anything in the past 7 years to make me feel any better. What a joke.
