you're really sensitive. I have no stance, just discussing other points of view, something you're incapable of doing because you're a mouthbreathing fossil. GFY

and I was an Intelligence specialist, and have a masters in journalism, thanks.

hey Walter, heres hoping that when you get to be an O.F. like some of us, we'll all be looking back at some Superbowl wins.....

A Browns team that was complete with a stud Oline, and a tenacious pass rushing defense....

because we all know, the game is won right there.

    thank you lordy lordy lord.

can we get the stats on team's with the best defense in super bowl victories vs. the team with the best offense?

walterwhite is probably too young to remember bill parcells but he had a great quote that still rings true today:

    DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

    don't ever forget it.

  • While is was not a staple of Paul Browns offense Otto Graham too,had the ability to run long before Russell Wilson was a wet dream..Graham was a RB converted to QB by Paul Brown.

Otto Graham had 44 rushing TDs with his career with the Browns. Which, by the way is currently the most all time. Steve Young had 43.

("NFL" records will show Young with most....but with AAFC Otto has more)

I knew he had run for some, but was not aware it would be that much...Impressive when you think there were hardly any rules on defense back then...

  • I'll be 63 years old this summer. I've been a Brown's fan since 6th grade. Jim Brown was at the height of his career when I started watching the Browns! I don't care who the Browns draft at QB, how big he is, how much he weighs, how tall/or short he is or whether he has a cannon for an arm......... I want a guy that KNOWS HOW TO WIN!!! I love ya, Bernie Kosar, but Brian Sipe is my favorite Brown's QB of all time. The guy just NEVER gave up. Gotta love that. Made the entire team think they always had a chance to win. Played his heart out until the final second. The term "Kardiac Kids" was coined because of Brian Sipe. Get me some players like that. And, IMHO, WalterWhite,

    you can kiss my a**!

  • I beat you to 63 last Dec, 4Evr. I had actually been to a Browns game before I was born. Dad and I

watched the Browns play....and the University of Akron Rubber Bowl back in the day. My favorite player

then was Leroy Kelly. But Kosar never gave up, either, and gimped the Browns to an overtime win vs

the Jets, I think it was, on an injured ankle.

I want another brilliant qb who was that kind of leader like Kosar and Sipe, with solid talent all around him,

and though we have Haden, we need another tandem like Hanford and Minnefield, (well, even though Minnefield

drove me crazy with penalties)... add a cb to the mix.

And I don't care where they get the talent - just make every draft pick count. Pick players who love the game,

are hungry, are team players and have enough character to stay out of trouble. I'm still cringing at what Scumbardi

could do if he has much input with the Browns draft this spring.
