    The plan by drafting Erving was to move Thomas. And you don't get goff he's a bum you get bosa the best I've seen to a sure thing and with Thomas trade pick up zeke or another dt. And this is for sure if Gordon comes back the pressure on the line will be much less and the running game will be effective. Gordon will warrent a double team as always

    you should know by now (unless you're 10 yrs. old, and i'm starting to think you are) that there is no such thing as a 'sure thing' in anything in life.

    there are lists longer than your alligator arms that have nothing but busts written on them. hell where have you been? have you seen the brown's draft record?

    craig powell, courtney brown, trent richardson just to name a few off the top of my head. they were 'sure things' as well.

Cut the cord get a first round pick if you can his trade stock will never be higher, time to move him and get some defense and some toys for McCown and you should not have loyalty to a player but to a team and if it makes to team better great and it my not work but doing nothing is worse

    Uh, I thought the previous staff did try to trade him. And they just got fired for making stupid personnel decisions. Its obvious you don't understand how important LT really is or why that position is always at the top of every draft board.

    Hickerson blocked for Jim Brown, and Browns swore by him. It took Hick forever to get in the HOF. Talk of putting Joe Thomas in the HOF is a sign of how fucking dumb, and how hard up Browns fans have become.

    He has no market value. Nobody will trade anything more than a 3D round for him, and he is NOT, and NEVER HAS BEEN, great LT. Fast feet, but not particularly strong. He gets manhandled a lot.

  • While l agree l think the OP is 10 years old, and you know, hats off to you for being invested and having an opinion and all that.

    In a way l kinda agree with him though. Thomas was blowong smoke that he wanted out, and frankly, if he really does want out AND you can get some good value for him, l'd go for it.

    I'm enthused about Hue, and maybe some of you are too, but Joe's seen this shit, er, stuff before.

    Granted, if he wants to stick around, then hell to the yeah to that.
