I don't know how you can set there and want the organization to act as previous staffs. Cut the cord get a first round pick if you can his trade stock will never be higher, time to move him and get some defense and some toys for McCown and you should not have loyalty to a player but to a team and if it makes to team better great and it my not work but doing nothing is worse

The plan by drafting Erving was to move Thomas. And you don't get goff he's a bum you get bosa the best I've seen to a sure thing and with Thomas trade pick up zeke or another dt. And this is for sure if Gordon comes back the pressure on the line will be much less and the running game will be effective. Gordon will warrent a double team as always

Since you want Bosa, the Texans have JJ Watt, and Javedon Clowney- they're watching the Championship games on the tube- just like the Browns. Unless you can build a defense the order of the '86 Bears, or the '01 Ravens- it's not going to be good enough to win it all with a near geriatric fragile qb in McCown. Again, FYI he's made first team All-Pro at least two years running (I'm not going to go back any farther) which means he's the best in the NFL at what he does, and has been doing it ever since he came into the league.
