Well you know me, I think we fucked up the Johnny situation and it cost us this season and cost the front office their jobs.

There's still very very few players who do so little on the field to help the team but continually find themselves in the news for the stupid shit they do off the field and are still defended by fans for the stupid shit, saying "it doesn't matter". The guy has won 2 games as a starter in the NFL. He's just simply not that good at this point. His focus isn't on getting better as a NFL QB...he could give a shit. There's people who hate Cam Newton because he dances and smiles and has a good time...but the guy is like 30-13 in his last 43 games and from all reports, the guy doesn't see daylight during the season. He spends the entire day at the team facilities. That's the guy I want leading my team.

Know that whether you make excuses or not of the three games that we won under st. Mike johnny was at the helm for two of them. And it seems the team played with emotion while he was in. I know that pisses you guys off.
So the team didn't stink because of him but you say everyone else is doing their best? I don't think so. I think we are the most penalized team for bullshit stupid in fractions. Just laziness. And I think a stubborn coach pissed away any chance the team had in 15. But 15 is over andI will be rooting for Dak Prescott or whoever the quarterback is next year and unlike some of the guys around this place I won't be buying a Dallas Manziel Jersey.
If he never takes another snap or goes to the playoffs then we'll know if it was a good decision or not.
But pretending that Austin Davis gave us the best chance to win, well that's just stupid.

Johnny "proved" nothing. He flashed his capability in one game where the opponent played with a lead almost the entire way and was determined to make him beat them with his arm, if he could... and he couldn't. That was 2015 vs. PTG, and even that level of performance was not seen again.
Cinci today is a boys choir off the field compared to what it was a few years ago when they led the league in arrests... two years running IIRC. On-field? 2015 left Marv some work to do.
