No, he is down in Cabo following in the footsteps of his old timey hero, Max Bear (this is the real M.B. from a movie role when he was in his prime).
JM is working out for his next NFL QB stint.

This reporter explains the grand jury referral pretty well (watch the embedded video). A month or more before the grand jury hearing.

And so it shall be Former Cleveland Browns QB Johnny Manziel indicted today ...
Do we put that thread in the Barber Shop since he will no longer be a football player?

Jim was a Brown.
He still is.
I think Manziel officially becomes a Kardashian on March 9th.

Steve come on man , he is a woman beater no doubt even if she is crazy as hell. The judge didn't just issue a 2 year restraining order with no evidence or concern. They specifically stated that there was sufficient evidence family violence occurred.Exactly. No matter what kind of demons or what kind of bad behavior no matter how irresponsible he is and no matter what kind of disrespect he showed a football coach is not a reason to accuse him of beating up a chick when there's no evidence of it. As a matter of fact it's kind of fucked up.

actually they do it all the time. most will hand em out like candy at a parade, cuz if there was just cause and they did not grant it?? epic lawsuit. so they grant anything w potential and sort it out later.
a TPO as Gipper labeled, or temporary protective order, is put in place based on testimony alone without any true evidence. basically all you have to do is fill out ppwk, wait to see a Judge and say the magic words "i fear for my life" and BAM you got it. in and out in under an hour in most cases in most places.
then, a permanent hearing is set typically 10-14 days or so later. that hearing will decide if there was sufficient grounds to issue the TPO in the first place, and if so the order is made permanent with opportunity to ammend the conditions. if the alleged "victim" who filed doesn't show up for the PPO hearing it usually expires and the order is then revoked.
it's definitely a very effective way for malicious scumbag liars to really screw w someone. you can easily wreck someones life pretty badly. and things usually snowball from there. it can also buy you a couple weeks to let things calm down. BUT, if the victim reports the defendent contacted them while the TPO is in place, it typically gets really fucking bad quick. without any due process at all, either a bench warrant or a pick up warrant is issued and next thing you know the person is in jail awaiting the chance to defend themselves against the accusations.
so, you bond out and get some representation (cuz now it's a criminal matter). too bad it's way too easy to fraudulently show a record of someone calling you nowadays. there are tons of apps like bluffmycalldotcom that allow you to choose how ur caller ID shows up to the person you are calling. get the TPO, make the fake call to yourself posing as them, print the "evidence" or show them your phone's call log and contact the police. show em your temporary order and the call record (they won't dispute, there is absolutely nothing in place to stop this from happening to you at any time) pile on a bit that said person uses or deals drugs, hates cops, owns weapons, thinks this whole thing is a joke etc etc. whalah! instant trainwreck.
so, you take a plea and thousands of dollars later you are just finishing up your anger mgt classes and halfway through your probation. the appeal window after the Protection order hearings is tiny, like 10-15 days, and trying to overturn the TPO by arguing it did not have sufficient grounds to be granted in the first place (no TPO to begin with means no TPO to violate) can be incredibly difficult. also, it is a civil order, not a lot of lawyers will take these types of cases due to the layers and detailed work involved appeaing. also, you usually cannot present any new info. there is a lot of work involved in these cases and it gets expensive fast. most folks are unsuccessful or they just take a plea and grind thru it.
i know enough about the process to write the above, because it literally happened to me. still, i am no expert. having said that, imo Ms. Coleen Crowley seems coached to me. she knows what she's doing, scarily so, and that's rare knowledge to acquire among people her age. there is almost no penalty or retaliation from the courts even if you lie and they figure it out. your option is essentially filing totally separate civil suit against the victim for the hassle etc. it's a losing situation for the accused, bad shit all around. very easy to get, very hard to overcome.

No, I don't care that Johnny is still drinking, legally. Even if it is drinking champagne straight out of the bottle in a club like a douche.
But I found the commentary on the hat funny. "No white guy wears a hat like that and has his shit together in life".
And no one puts Johnny on the second page.

And now we know more about Colleen's personality.
Exactly what would it take in a human to be attracted to someone like Colleen? JFF chose her, not the other way around.
From this, we develop a picture of who JFF actually is: Someone who needs drama to feel "alive", and simply can't sit down/shut up and do work of any sort because it bores him.
You know, exactly the kind of person you don't want on a team.
---
This is why everyone who asserts "He's Young, He'll Learn" is 100% wrong. He'll never learn. I don't know if intellectually he can or not, but it doesn't matter because his character as a person prevents him from ever actually growing in any substantive way.
-
Even though we might disagree on whether or not you want somebody like that on your team, there is some truth to your statement. I don't know how many of the guys on this board have ever had one of those relationships. I know I have. They do wear you down in time, but until that happens the passion is almost irresistible.

Sing us this song Steve.
She'll only come out at nightThe lean and hungry type
Nothing is new, I've seen her here before
Watching and waiting
Ooh, she's sittin' with you but her eyes are on the door
So many have paid to seeWhat you think you're gettin' for free
The woman is wild, a she-cat tamed by the purr of a Jaguar
Money's the matter
If you're in it for love, you ain't gonna get too far.
Watch out boy she'll chew you up(Oh-oh, here she comes) She's a maneater
(Oh-oh, here she comes) Watch out boy she'll chew you up
(Oh-oh, here she comes) She's a maneater
I wouldn't if I were youI know what she can do
She's deadly man, she could really rip your world apart
Mind over matter
Ooh, the beauty is there but a beast is in the heart

I like the majority of Hall&Oates, but dear sweet baby Jebus I hate that song. It would give an iguana a seizure.
Here's the thing, Steve.... the passion is irresistible for you. [And, staying on topic, JFF, it would seem.] Not for me. It's really not universal. I don't know what the percentage is, but it's not 100%. The energy repels me.. perhaps it entrances others. Why? No idea.
But my hypothesis is that it's precisely the energy/willingness to let one's self be irresponsible/need to fill empty space with something funNOWGOGO which is completely antithetical to a tough long job.
I'm not saying it's wrong to feel that way... I'm saying that by allowing himself to act on those feelings JFF is, in fact, the definition of a bad teammate. If your action is pure feeling.. you might be irresponsible.

It should have given JM a seisure instead of a massive headache that won't go away.

Listen, I get it.
As our resident Douche, you get offended when I make fun of other douches.
You take it personally. But you shouldn't.
You are born the way you are, and we don't mind having an occasional douche around here.
But here is what you should take personal: That you were WRONG about Manziel and that I was right about him.
That's what you should chew on. Just like you were wrong about ... Oh, just about everybody you've ever commented on.
Yes, I'm an old man ... and you're a young pussy. I'm comfortable with that. Because when I was young I was a man too ... I was never a douche or a pussy. Like you.

You're very proud of the marginal accomplishments you've almost surely, barely scraped by to achieve in life.
I guess you have to celebrate the wins, no matter how small they may be. (Have a feeling based on your obvious insecurity that you're very much familiar with small things)
P.S. Manziel can play quarterback. How angry does that make you feel, that even this small, insignificant moment in your life that you are celebrating, is only half true?
I feel sorry for you.
