We barely have to pay him shit. Better than a trade for Kaepernick. Why not? RG, McCown and Davis next year. That will get us to our franchise QB. Build up the trenches till we can feel confident throwing a kid out there.

If I have to choose between a FA RG3 (no cost to us) vs trading a THIRD for Kap, I choose RG3 EVERY DAY. Dude has talent, isn't a problem off the field, and showed he can play in this league his rookie year (injuries and a reality check have since put that ability to question). Someone is gonna give him a chance to be a backup/re-develop into a starter. Why not us?
The scenarios you have to consider are:
A. McCown/(Goff/Wentz) and our current D
B. McCown/RG3 and we can do whatever we want with #2.
Personally, I think that B might be the better of the two, ESPECIALLY if Hue and Co. aren't COMPLETELY sold on Wentz/Goff.

Isn't the locker room considered "off-field"? the interview room?
If the dude couldn't play for Gruden in WSH, then I don't want him.

If PBnJ like him and he takes a incentive type contract, I don't see the harm. They can still draft a qb high if they like him enough too. Josh, RG3 and NG could have potential for good things
