So you admit the chance is so small as to be almost laughable then yes? Like there would have to be some kind of global natural disaster where every country calls for martial law. So you went through all that to say OBama would do what pretty much any sitting president would do if we were invaded by aliens.

And all of them, oddly enough, have happened since the last time a US President ACTUALLY used martial law (Lincoln, 1863).
So yeah, I'd say it's much safer to bet on the underdog to win the Kentucky Derby than on Obama declaring martial law.
