how am I slanting the bet? There's no video game here what are you talking about? You're posting this long rambling assertion that there's a good chance Obama will impose martial law before the 2016 gen elections. So I threw the red flag now pick it up. So you admit the chance is so small as to be almost laughable then yes? Like there would have to be some kind of global natural disaster where every country calls for martial law. So you went through all that to say OBama would do what pretty much any sitting president would do if we were invaded by aliens.

And all of them, oddly enough, have happened since the last time a US President ACTUALLY used martial law (Lincoln, 1863).
So yeah, I'd say it's much safer to bet on the underdog to win the Kentucky Derby than on Obama declaring martial law.

Make it a fair bet.
Let's say Cal thinks there is a 5% chance it happens. You winning is 19 times more likely then. Therefore, your ban period needs to be 19 times as long.
If martial law doesn't happen, Cal leaves for 3 months. If it does, Cleve leaves for 57 months. Fair?
