So you admit the chance is so small as to be almost laughable then yes? Like there would have to be some kind of global natural disaster where every country calls for martial law. So you went through all that to say OBama would do what pretty much any sitting president would do if we were invaded by aliens.
ANd yes I absolutely would pay up...subject to a banning by the mods if I didn't .I would only post at the Browns forum...zero posts here at the political board for however long, i'm open to negotiations. ANd you would not be able to start any threads for that duration either.

And all of them, oddly enough, have happened since the last time a US President ACTUALLY used martial law (Lincoln, 1863).
So yeah, I'd say it's much safer to bet on the underdog to win the Kentucky Derby than on Obama declaring martial law.
