  • Party at Napoli's?

  • Hit Rate is pointless. The FO is working on the assumption that hit rate is roughly the same whatever happens, so more picks = more hits. And hey! 4 hits this year compared to 2 in previous years. Look at that. Magic.

True, and to that end we should use Watson to make our picks. Our math right now is based on theory and can be wrong.

  • You're right. Spot on post. I told you guys someone would make this thread.

I see what you did there...

    what years and what two?

funny how some of the picks of other regimes are starting for teams way better than the browns right now.

Well start with 2015, Danny Shelton looks good, as does Duke. Orchard - maybe? Erving, no. Cooper, no. Campbell, backup. Mayle, Gaines, M. Johnson, Pullard, Ife no longer on the team. Randall Telfer meh.

2014 - Bitonio & Kirksey. We drafted six players that year, Gilbert, Manziel, West and Desir were the others, none are on the team.

2013 - No players from that draft are still with the team

2012 - TRich, Weeden, no. Schwartz, yes. Hughes, no. Benji, yes, mostly. Johnson, Miller, Acho, Winn, Wade, Smelley, no.

how far do you want to go back? The draft with the most maybes is 2015, where we took maybe 12 players? Then 2014, 2013 we took 6 and 5 players and have two to show for it.

so as far as i can tell farmer did no worse in his drafts than sashi and co. did last year.

  • You are not looking hard enough...

  • I'm looking for any real signs of improvement. You would think our special teams would be showing a bit more pop but they have been as bad as other areas. Nobody standing out as a future force aka all pro.
