No doubt about it but the Lord said this would happen before His return. There is always going to be a remnant though. The Lord did not say there would be a big revival going on when He returned but there would be a great falling away. He said it would be a time like that of Noah. I think we are seeing that now.

If I was making up a religion to help control the unwashed masses, I'd say the same thing.

Many churches today to keep from persecution from the world and in an attempt to get along with the world are taking sides against clear bible teachings such as about homosexuality and abortion and some are even turning against Israel.

But I don't see how you can turn a blind-eye to the crime and the murder rate and the poverty and the lack of education amongst one particular group. The ones who believe in science until the issue is abortion and then a baby is just a part of a woman's body and they can do with what they wish or people can decide whatever sex they chose to be and now liberal New York has 26 different categories.
