Jesus mjp, you've been in the hospital for two months?
Yeah I'm hoping to be out by early to mid-June, this one was a real ass kicker, surgery 4/3 and a month in bed and two months on some nasty IV antibiotics now rehab!
And no showers allowed just bed baths with nurses........what a bitch!

Sounds good, we take ALL of our VISA reward points as restaurant gift cards for gifts or our treats have about $300 in my drawer now. Ummmmm, need to get busy on those.

Had a really good GAMEDAY meal before yesterday's INDIANS game, sirloin steakburgers about 1/3 pounders on the grill with American cheese lettuce and whatever, baked beans, potato salad and my weak moment treat plain ol' potato chips to snack on during the game......I could eat a bag full of them but have to quit.
Sometimes simple can be nice. The grillin' life.
......oh we haven't had one our favorites Wedgewood Pizza since maybe February, on the list plus a pile of unused gift cards to The Olive Garden and others maybe a Sunday GAMEDAY meal.

I can't believe the Itpaalians out in the Mahoning Valley haven't firebombed Olive Gardens... ?
But everyone else is filling up the parking lot it's always packed!
And we know that you can not beat the good ol' ma & pa restaurants in the MV area. (see the MV pizza cook-off for some names)

Need some quick and cheap GAMEDAY food? (I can hear Dutch getting his car keys now.
)
Well now that I'm off of all of that healthy hospital food back to good ol' GAMEDAY food.
MLB is still in full swing and what's better than some hot dogs with the game as the TRIBE is trying to recapture first place!
........high school football starts in just five weeks!

I don't eat there that frequently....but I would love for mjp to send me his OG gift certs. so that I can use them here locally. My wife would appreciate it more than I.
Just from my desk drawer most all are $50s and not the ones in my wife's purse or the ones I have not sent for yet.
Give me your number and I will fax you a few.

Anybody tried the Motor City Pizzas from Walmart? $5.99 It's not as horrid as any pizza place in NC..soon to get worse... yep, my final Rant of the week before football.F00D, thanks & i'll be taking any advice to my local store selves for the taste test

If you're not in the Raleigh- Durham metropolis or maybe Winston- Salem, I'd agree you're SOL. Mustard is one of the many things I don't like- so Carolina barbecue that's mustard based is a no-go for me.
BTW, as to hot dogs- those "World Famous" hot dogs they serve up at Tony Packos in Toledo are layered in some of their meat sauce, onions and cheese optional. I just order 'em up plain, but the wife (Toledo native) orders 'em with the works. But really order some "to go" and a few hours later you have a soggy mess that I wouldn't touch. PS Packos does serve up a pretty tasty roast beef hot shot.

We were in Traverse City, MI & Indian River, MI a few weeks ago. Stopped at Tony Packo's (Jamie Farr was there a few days prior) & also Tony's in Birch Run, MI (one of my "bucket list" destinations) for that BLT with a pound of bacon on it. Ate 1/2 there & 1/2 the next day. Next year I'll get it on rye. LOL

One slice of tomato is visible in the picture, & there was another slice or 2 under all that bacon. They also serve it with an xtra cup of mayo. I asked for "light lettuce".

I hate Tony Packos. That's not a hot dog for one.
