@neo said: That would be like 1/2 the people that attended a Joe Biden speech!  One of two...

@neo said: If I told you before the season started that the Browns, at Christmas time, would have a better record than two AFC division leaders, and one of those would be the Chiefs. That they have beat all their division rivals once, beat the best team in the AFC (record wise) the Ravens, beat the best team in the NFC (the 49ers), and are second in the AFC North all the while most of the star players are on IR, and the starting quarterback is Joe Flacco?  No matter how this season ends, it sure has been one hell of a ride! Merry Christmas Bungle fans... I don't want to hear them tears Joe is gone. Add potentially in Hendrickson, or qb #3.  When you lose Browning, Mixon, Williams, Orlando Brown., and two of their backups - get back to me..

Pretty sure this guy has Browns WR in his future. ?

Ertz is going to want to join the Ravens, want to jump to a contender and Andrews injury opened up some playing time. Will be sad for him when Flacco knocks the ravens out of the playoffs.

@tiamat63 said: Belichick had no choice, given that Drew Bledsoe was hurt.    Not sure where you were going with that comparison. It's pretty obvious.

I appreciate Myles starting the game off by smearing the Steelers into the endzone for a sack.

@the-cysko-kid said: While I support it, in theory, it's too close to both Cleveland and North America's best source of fresh water to be allowed. Sorry. They're just going to have to nuke Seattle instead.  They have arange of preset "bombs". I know this is just a simulator and they probably don't know everything about what each country actually has, they list the "Davy Crockett" bomb as the smallest US bomb made a 20T, then a crude terrorist bomb at 100T, all the way up to the Tsar Bomba 500MT.  It's a good tool to give you an idea just how deadly even the crude terrorist bomb is or how fucked you truly are if they decide to go that far. It's actually a fun little app. I nuked my house twice? Me nuking everything on the map?

@sdbacker80 said: I can’t recall the scouting report on him…I know we had a major need at that spot there were four lineman deemed draftable in the first round.  Wirfs was smaller I recall for the position, I loved his wrestling Background.  Thomas was most polished I believe.  I don’t like reaching in the first because of need I especially hate reaching for offensive lineman.     I hear ya.    HOF LT Joe Thomas spoiled us for 10 years with elite performance.  The sad thing was the Browns could never find a good enough QB during that span to make any of that matter.  The best record we had in that period was 10-6 during his rookie year; and of course it's the Browns - so 10-6 didn't make the playoffs that year.

Contract talks are always tough on both sides. I hope this gets resolved  soon. Nobody's going to get everything they ask for. We need the UAW to make gains, it's good for the middle class. Ford will pay their execs stock options, bonuses, etc but they're not for pensions....what a bunch of BS.

@nickers said:   I still maintain the Browns will be 7-10 due to lack of leadership.. And a failed washed up QB.. I hope I'm wrong... That sounds about right and for the reasons you stated.

@mjp28 said: who is underappreciated from the Browns history? Eric Turner and Michael Dean Perry. Eric Turner was not only a ball hawk but a head hunter. I like Delpit but he's not Eric Turner. Can you imagine Michael Dean Perry lined up next to Myles Garrett and Za'Darius Smith with Eric Turner roaming center field in Jim Schwartz' defense? Good luck with that?

@sdbacker80 said: Do these types of bets hurt the player or the rabid fanbase more that actually has to look at him in an Ohio State hoodie?  Great point! I wonder how long he wore that tOSU shirt?

whats funny is that some posters thought that bad calls only went against us

@hoorta said: Shove it Vambo. You have nothing better to do than insult people here, just like your loony pals.   As usual, the above is bullshit...  About eight days late, and a few billion short.  Joe already told the oil companies to get their collective asses in gear and start pumping more oil. Doesn't help that the Saudis aren't ramping up production... Gee, I wonder why.    Report: Jared Kushner's $2 billion Saudi check appears even more comically corrupt than previously thought...  I don't put anything past America's First Family of crime anymore.  https://www.politico.com/news/2022/10/19/biden-oil-companies-lower-gas-prices-00062554

@neo said: It was done by a vote. I bet it was Stooler fans that voted for that atrocity. I would be happy with just a helmet like the one they had in the endzone. Or the old style helmet

I can't wait for the season to start... I'm really stoked for this team and the season... Should be a fun one!
