If Clowney, Mack and Watkins are all gone by 4 and you can't trade down sure take him or whichever QB you like the best there at 4.
I'd hate to pass on Watkins or Mack though. They are so much better than the QB prospects, in my e-pinion.

I think the fact that he finds ways to win football games. I see why people like him, I am on the fence about him. I think he will either be a big time bust or big time star, wont be any middle ground with him.

Farmer needa to play his draft board the way he has the players ranked for the most part. If Manziel is #20 on your board picking him at 4 would be a bad move in my opinion. If he was ranked something like 6 or 7 on your board then drafting him a few slots early isnt that a big a deal.
