Jadaveon Clowney out 9 months.

Of course not, they would have taken JFF. Duhhhhh
-
They should have taken Khalil Mack, JFF, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Or any player that is actually starting and contributing. There are many, too many to name. But the stigma of having the number one pick puts too much pressure on a team. theyd be pretty scary with Mack though.

why not sammy twatkins?

so would've skip bayless. but ask skip if he wants johnny to start now and he's scared to answer. afraid all his mirrors might shatter in the 3 games that are left.
he's got as much stick-to-it-ivness as walter in a crisco party.
-
They made the pick knowing it could be an issue down the road. Draft is a crap shoot.
-
Skip Bayless is a moron who always used to argue that RG3 is better than Andrew Luck.
-
well skip being the puss that he is said JF should've started from the beginning of the season, saying if they had they'd be cemented in a playoff spot. yet when told that hoyer blows and the browns are looking to change it up skip bayless says i don't like it, they're throwing him in at a bad time blah blah blah.........
tell me when is a good time to throw in a rookie QB? first game? game #7? i mean, you can't have it both ways.

Next year Clowney and Watt will be one of the most ridiculous defensive tandems in the game....in a few years they will be thought of as possibly the most dominant defensive pair in history. Mark it.

six pack says clowney is out half the year next year, if not more.

Nah...I will say though that he wouldn't have fit in Cleveland. Would rather we took Mack tbh if we went defense. I can't believe Mack, who was projected as a 3-4 OLB'er or 4-3 DE, is playing 4-3 OLB'er....and beasting. Means he could have easily performed all the coverage duties expected out of him as a 3-4 ILB'er and probably still be a better run stopper than anyone we currently have. That one actually irritates me more than not taking a WR'er cause I'm a defense guy. I have zero doubt that mack would have been team cpt in 2-3 years and be one of the best 3-4 ILB'ers since Ray Lewis. He's being completely underutilized as a 4-3 OLB'er, but I suspect Oakland is grooming him to be the Mike in a few years.

Skip Bayless looks like Earnest Angley's Retarded nephew and is a Brandon Weeden apologist.
Thank God that creepy little eunuch didn't reproduce.

Did they recently ask him? I know last week he didnt want Johnny to start. Doesnt like the situation he is being thrown into. I do understand his point. Skip also knows if Johnny has any blemishes, Stephen A will give him hell, lol
Skip also thought Tebow was great.

I'm sure the biggest hope for the Texans is that this year humbled him a lot. The number 1 pick this year was a tough call and I completely understand why they went with Clowney.
-
Jake Matthews should have been #1
-
Clowney needs to have surgery on his labia. He will NEVER be a factor for the Texans.
-
You think the Texans would still have drafted him?
Texans LB Jadeveon Clowney underwent microfracture knee surgery on Monday and is expected to be sidelined nine months, per sources.
You think the Texans would still have drafted him?
Hell no!
They were dumb to draft him the first time.
Microfracture surgery?.......he's done.....I give him 2 or 3 injury riddled years and then he'll be out of the league....
Final career tally will be something like 4 seasons.....30 games played.....45 tackles.....and 3 sacks.....
-
Don't forget his antics in College:

Isnt it a degenerative type knee surgery? I know Anthony Spencer of the Cowboys had it done, missed almost 2 seasons and he is now a shell of his former self. Could be career ending. Texans didnt do their due diligence? I didnt like the pick, i would have drafted Manziel #1. Texans are fuckin idiots.
Sure is, Courtney Brown, Greg Oden in the NBA. Not positive, but think Kellen Winslow Jr. Not good.
