That said, alcohol is only going to limit your ability to make the right decision regards your other issues, so he should be avoiding that too.

They are on the radio today saying JFF wasnt even treated for alcohol. They wont say what he was treated for, but it sounds like there source is certain it wasnt booze.

Well when he was in a bathroom with a rolled up dollar bill it seems pretty obvious he was doing something else - cocaine, pills, whatever it may have been.
But whatever he did in rehab is really only his business - not the public's business. But usually you don't selectively treat an addict - you want them to give up dependence to everything - including alcohol. I'm sure some people could stop using narcotics and keep drinking, but in a rehab program they want you to give up all of it usually.

I'm driving home from a gig at 2 o'clock in the morning odds most drivers at that time have been in a bar drinking. Cop wants to pick off an easy one. It doesn't happen every trip but it's happened two or three times.
1 drunk driving charge probably pays the cop's salary for the week. And the lawyer's secretary.

I've never watched any of them. I'm not surprised if he actually is making money. There's lots of no talent assclowns out there making money only because people are willing to watch what they do.

Again Manziel was not pulled over for nothing. He was pulled over on a report of driving at a high rate of speed and driving reckless. Then he was observed with a smell of alcohol on his person and he admitted to having 2 drinks earlier. It's common sense at this point the driver be made to do a breathalyser test and not just take his word on how much he had to drink. I see the commercials over and over that buzzed driving is drunk driving. Maybe that just applies to some.

I think Manziel's sticking around. If we had no plans to keep him we probably would have shipped him to Dallas by now.

According to the report, a witness called police after seeing Manziel's white Nissan use the shoulder of the road to pass her at a high speed. The witness told police the couple was arguing and Crowley attempted to exit the vehicle while they were on the road.
Minutes later, police stopped Manziel's car on Nagle Road where he said both he and Crowley had been drinking in downtown Cleveland earlier that day.

I admit I was glad when we signed Manziel and was optimistic at first until I saw the photo of him in the restroom with the rolled up bill and the one with him drunk and riding a swan. Then he could not beat out Hoyer to start last season. Then I saw how unprepared he was to quarterback in the Cincy game. Then I saw him banned to the locker room in the Ravens game for bad behavior. Then I saw after a heartbreaking season when I was thinking of what could have been he could not get out of town fast enough to party with Lebron in Miami and then it was off to Aspen to party. He has been nothing but a huge distraction and I regret this team ever signing him.

I will take the police report over the news report as well. With the police report we have Manziel reported to have been driving reckless and at a high rate of speed. Manziel had a slight odor of alcohol and admitted drinking earlier. I believe the average citizen on a report of driving reckless and a high rate of speed combined with a smell of alcohol on their person and admitting to having a couple of drinks earlier would get a breathalyser test. Didn't Manziel just complete rehab recently?

Not to mention that in his police report the officer on the scene said that JM exhibited no signs of being intoxicated. So while he may have failed the nose test, he passed the eye test.
