  • Riggins was a booze hound and thrived in D.C. Maybe Manziel could too. RG3 was Rookie of the Year over Luck and Russell Wilson. Him throwing to his ex-teammate Josh Gordon next year might work. Or not. Fuck.

  • No. Rg3 might be available next year. We might have both.

  • No. RG3 is broken down. At least Johnny hasn't been bitten by the injury bug.

The guys has played 75 to 100 career snaps. Give him the fucking rest of the season to see what he can do, if he sucks then you move on.

    RG3 is toast

  • Some of you fuckers are just plain Retarded. McCown has put up plenty of points the majority of games.

He's not elite but he's good enough if our defense want soft as baby shit.

Offense/mccown is not the problem with this team.

McCown donated enough points to the Rams to win (fumble). The rest of the offense playd like crap granted.

Usf- we scored SIX points on offense today and the offense gave up 10 in the first quarter. Last week, our defense for a zillion ints in critical spots and kept handing the game on a platter to the offense to win, and they couldn't....

Maybe in the Sam Diego game the offense was good and defense terrible, but the last two games it has been other way around. Big-time....

When you guys going to figure out McCown is who he is? Around 2-14 in his last starts? You happy getting shit shoveled at you? I'm calling a spade a spade. You don't like Johnny- fine. Spurgon Wynn is available I hear.

  • This whole board is fucked up. Like the Browns. Please fucking ban me.

Ban you ? Why should you get off so easy ?
  • The great quarterbacks would still be winning. As close as some of these games have been, a tom brady would have a considerably different record.

Archie Manning was the suckiest suck who ever sucked.

I agree, Philip Rivers is pathetic!

Arian Foster has been healthy for about 8 games the last 3 years.. and here he is once again out for the season. Is he still the starter? This game isn't won on the trainers' table.. unfortunately durability must be a consideration.

wasn't Sammy Baugh another boozer in DC?

    So was Sonny Jurgensen.

  • RG3 will be cut and will not be signed by anyone.

He is as great of a teammate as Hoyer was.

McCown's internal clock apparently got him clocked again. BTW, on one of his sacks- he could easily have tossed the ball into the middle of the field- there wasn't anyone within 20 yards of the target area.

McCown gets stuck after his second read. You can see it in his face. He looks like a kid lost in the woods after about 3 seconds.

Ya! A Homer Simpson quote! Hahaha...

Well gotta go, my damn wiener kids are listening.... Hahaha

  • Trading for RG3 would make Bowe's contract look like less of a waste...

Archie Manning is on nobody's great quarterback list. Ever. If so you don't have a very high expectation of "Great Quarterback" Good is enough for you to label it great and that's probably why you don't mind the browns sucking for the better part of 20 years. Perhaps you're more generous in your evaluations and the catastrophe that I'm witnessing has been upgraded to "bad but with potential" in your mind.

  • as bad as Johnny has looked I would still say no. RG3 is broken already.

  • @clevfan4life said:

yeah i'm calling you crazy. It's the wrong call. Tom Brady doesn't go head first in a meaningless game, you know that. Brady's not a dumbass. Brady does that play when it necessary, not when the game is already over. Brady makes that play in the playoffs and/or SB, of course....so probably would JM. I actually commend him for being smart there. If he takes that shot and goes down, then what?

Tom Brady doesn't run at all. He is a QB and knows his job is to THROW the football.

He ran once today... it was not pretty.

Not sure how you count past 6, h. First fumble could have been kicked right then for 3, but not the second. There were 8 plays between 2nd fumble and the TD.

    Face replays cost extra?

  • should have been a late hit on the QB giving himself up for an automatic first down. The refs fucked us in every way possible this game. They are solely responsible. There should be serious repercussions for their actions, or lack there of.

  • Zombo's right, I hate to say it, but I was excited, even stoked we took Johnny with our second first round pick last year. Sure, I wanted a stud WR and jimmy garrapolo first hand, but I just rolled with it.

Since then, Johnny has been a circus and an off the field distraction. The kid himself is a joke, he's making us into more of a circus. If he was serious, He wouldn't of had a drink after finishing up rehab, especially since it was, what, a Monday? Repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting the same result is insanity. What has he shown us so far? Has he ever left it all on the field?

All i've heard him do is get in front of the media and tell us he's sorry for fucking up or that he's a backup. I saw we trade him to the cowboys and give him to jerry for whatever we can get. F$%# him.

Johnny is clearly all about Johnny. How many more chances do we give him to show us. All least Mccown shows us he has balls. Even hoyer would of tried to win. And don't even tell me Tim motherfu#$%ing Tebow wouldn't of put it all on the field to get that first down.....

Now lets roll with Austin Davis.
