  • Weeden pocket awareness is horrible. There were guys open.. For a guy with a cannon he is the check down king..

    Colt will get a start before the season is over.

    Only if Weeden gets hurt before this Sunday, or gets hurt before the final game at Pitt. Otherwise Colt will NEVER see the field

  • Ha ha, Colt is not going to start, unless as stated Weeden gets hurt. Colt is not an NFL QB in my opinion. He looks terrible. We need to hope Weeden improves or perhaps get someone in free agency.

    Bullshit. Jauron was clueless after the 'Skins made adjustments and started rolling Cousins out.

    So who you gonna blame the turnovers on Mik? Shurmur? Those were both piss-poor decisions and lousy passes on Weeden. Cost us 14 points right there.

    Those were two evenly matched teams. Shanahan sent Shure-loss back to coaching school.

    Those roll outs were killing us, and he did them perfectly, even fooling the cameraman. I would also trade Weeden and Colt for Cousins.

    No good QB's available in Free Agency this off season. We are stuck with hoping a new coach can make Weeden better. (which is what I am hoping for)

    Richardson also broke another JB record, he has gone 14 games so far without being charged with rape.

    Don't seem to remember saying AP sucked- do remember saying it's a passing league and the RB position is minimized. Peterson's projected 2,000 yards MIGHT get the Vikes into the playoffs.

    Oh and Richardson broke JBs rookie TD and rushing records? So what? Brown did that in 12 games, It took Richardson 14. When Trent runs for 2,000 yards next year- which is what Brown's year 2- 1,500 yards projects out to over a 16 game season, get back to me.

    I will say this: in the last 3 games the Browns won they only scored 20-21 points. (and they even had several turnovers in each of those games).

    I put this one on being a bad day for the defense and Jauron compared to how this defense performed lately. Plain and simple: this is the one in 4 games where the defense sucked. They did it versus the Giants. They did it in the last part of the Cowboys game.

    The question is how will they perform vs. the Broncos and Steelers.

    I think they are in trouble vs. the Broncos who may be the most complete team in the NFL. Passing/rushing/defense.

    The Steelers? Not so much.

    If you can't run the bal you can't pass the ball.i'm not a weeden praiser by any means but we can't run the ball for $hit.11 run for 28 yards sucks bad,barely over 2 yards a carry.i can't understand why everyone is hugging his nut when he hardly ever does anything.if the other teams knoe we have to theow the ball damn near 40 times or more they can sit back and wait for passes,Hell they should run weeden more often he had the best average today.

    That just shows that Shurmur is in love with himself and the (piss poor) passing plays that he devises.

    I challenge anyone who thinks this way to watch the rewind of his carries like I have and tell me what he could have done differently. I'm not even saying I disagree with you totally, but there has to be some give and take. I'm excited to see what the guy can do in space because let's face it he doesn't hardly get a chance for that now. If he's still putting up those numbers in a functional offense, then I'm right there with you.
