i'm just wondering now how this will affect the browns approach to the upcoming draft. do they make decisions based upon what they think manziel might and might not be able to do or just disregard him all together and go about it as though mccown will be the starter (as a lot of us have thought since the signing) and manziel won't be there?

I suspect that the Browns know already exactly what to expect. As an employer they do have that right and I am sure JM is allowing them to talk to the rehab people about overall expected length of the treatment plan without going into personal details about exactly what the plan is. That part does not worry me at all.

It has to take a ton of courage to admit ya need help,
and go into rehab. That can't be a piece of cake.
The media needs to stop it for once, and tasteless jokes
just aren't right about it.
Now, if he was some rock or movie star who goes into rehab every two years or so...
it would be a joke maybe...
But ridiculing the kid for it is low class. So many people's lives have been damaged in one
way or another, by additictions. I hope he gets his life back, and goes for it. And guys like McCown
will be a great help.

I know many of you don't like Manziel and rightfully so,
but if any team ever gives up on 1st round QB after 5 fucking quarters... it's lunacy.
