@mudfly said: Gotta admit...it is a bit troubling to hear the guy doesnt take coaching or game plans seriously and kind of just does his own thing.... actually....slightly more than a bit troubling.... And it's even worse that his new coach admits it and plans to go with it.....lets hope the rest of the players dont follow suit... Considering this is a VERY young team, Id hope the few vets we have provide a solid example on professionalism and game prep....and am fairly concerned that this guy is the antithesis of that..... I approve of this message. ...also, who the hell does his hair?

@tim-couch-pulls-out said: Which I think is the perfect re-introduction. Similar != same, in my opinion. The similarities in the story, plot, character development, are reflective of a line uttered by Moz Kanata that I won't repeat here...but I think they kind of show the line of thinking from Kasdan and Abrams. As a matter of fact, Moz has probably the hardest hitting dialogue of the whole movie. I wish there were a spoiler area where we could discuss this. Then let's take it to Steve's Movie review forum, I'll title it Star Wars: TFA, Spoiler Alerts, and blast away.

ray farmer's imprint on this team has just begun. the gilbert pick was brilliant. of course others would say we shoulda coulda done something diff. with everything that has happened in the last month or so i would think that/this is exactly what they had expected IMHO.

Ya, I'm back. Gilbert will pick six Carr, mark my words. Z

@mudfly said:I think Id rather have Massaquoi over little.... Agree, but I doubt MoMass could pass a physical...

@diehardbrownsfan said:Time for some fucking JOHNNY FUCKING FOOTBALL MAGIC. Johnny and you can fuck the football together , maybe that would satisfy your man crush. Give me a fucking break thinking a change at QB is needed. I mean seriously are you just trolling to generate some hate on the board?

The biggest positives(and I do see many) are that 4 of our first 5 picks look very good right away!....I don EVER remember such a solid early showing from a group of rookies.....anyway, the game was rough.....I know well get better.....this is a fun watch after what weve been through......

Except Bito (Bit-O-Honey?) looks to be heading for LG. Which to my mind is the better slot for him. We'll see if Greco can help Schwartz, but I still think Wallace will challenge Schwartz at RT. Hell McQuistan may end up at RT. @typicalbrowns said:... hopefully Schwartz can dominate this year, had an up and down 13 season Problem is you can't fix slow...

I was not impressed one bit...And not to say I "told ya so" .But I did state that Campbell was garbage...He's exactly what I thought he was...Caca!!

Got it...

@hoorta said:Latest forecast 60 degrees, rain, wind. Team with fewest turnovers wins. Would be nice if the Browns can somehow find a running game. Chud has hinted at using Obi more in the offense- it's about time as McGahee has zero burst left. Are you going to be there, Larry? I hope you aren't taking The Curse ... she did a number in KC. Zombo

@mld-woody said: Wow... fucking assholes on this board. "What! You said something negative about the browns! And not a guy we've decided to all hate!? Now we'll insult your family!" Geez Family, livelihood, what's the difference, huh woody?

@mark-o said:If he performs well and wins this week, it will seriously start the talk of not needing to draft a QB next year (remember Lombardi loves Hoyer). Agree, Mark... at least not needing a to draft a franchise QB. The more Hoyer wins, the more you can forget a first round QB and the more we look for a 2nd to 4th round prospect with upside. @diehardbrownsfan said:Uuu ooh. I think I smell a future PG crush on Hoyer. Hopefully its justified. Nah... just a rebound infatuation...

@the-gipper said:In French it would be "Allez Marrons" ...but I don't like the sound of that. LOL..I dont know spanish or french...but I can utter a bit of croatian and Italian...

I think the only time they practice indoors is when there is lightening or torrential down pour

@the-gipper said: That may have been me. Until the end of last season NO ONE saw the pro potential of the likes of RGIII/Wilson, even Tannehill and Weeden. It was generally considered that save Luck, the Newtons/Lockers/Gabberts/Ponders/Daltons/Kaepernicks/Mallets? etc. of the year before was of more quality. Hell, for all we know that still may prove true. I can honestly say I saw the potential of Wilson, but I thought Tannehill would be terrible, RG3 would struggle and that Weeden would be fantastic. As the NFL adopts more and more aspects from the college game, we'll see the rookie learning curve dwindle even further. More and more "system" players from the NCAA will find success in the NFL as the game evolves. That's not saying we'll soon see 32 Case Keenum's playing on Sundays, but there's going to be more and more QB's taken that wouldn't have normally been drafted in previous years.

I like the way Trent got in his ear about the browns - speaks volumes about our ambition for this season. Be part of something bro! thats what i read into it. I am already booking time off to come back for the playoffs
